Abstract/Summary:
With the growing global concern about climate change,many countries have set targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and are working to promote the development of green energy.As one of the main contributors to greenhouse gases in the transportation sector,hydrogen energy as a clean energy source with zero carbon emissions can reduce greenhouse gas emissions to a large extent,so hydrogen has great potential to achieve deep decarbonization of road transportation.At the same time,hydrogen-fueled vehicles have received more and more attention from countries and regions,Japan,the United States,Germany and other developed countries are promoting hydrogen fuel cell vehicle demonstration application projects,China also attaches great importance to the development of hydrogen fuel vehicles,and has formulated a number of support policies and plans.Therefore,in order to promote the popularization of hydrogen fuel vehicles and promote the development of hydrogen energy industry,it is of great significance to study the planning and design of hydrogen energy supply chain network based on the demand for hydrogen for hydrogen fuel vehicles.Based on the hydrogen demand generated by hydrogen fuel vehicles from introduction,growth and maturity,this paper constructs the hydrogen energy supply chain network planning model of hydrogen fuel vehicles,and formulates the hydrogen energy supply chain network layout scheme.The main research content of this paper includes the following four points.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to sort out the research status of hydrogen fuel vehicles and hydrogen energy supply chain at home and abroad,defines the structural framework of hydrogen energy supply chain of hydrogen fuel vehicles,divides the hydrogen energy supply chain into production links,transportation links and storage links,and introduces hydrogen production technology,hydrogen transportation mode and hydrogen storage mode.Secondly,based on the generalized Bass diffusion model,a systematic dynamics model of hydrogen fuel vehicle market diffusion is constructed,the hydrogen fuel vehicle market penetration rate is calculated through the simulation model,and the multi-period hydrogen demand of hydrogen fuel vehicles is evaluated according to market penetration,population density and regional area.Then,by analyzing the cost composition of production,transportation and storage in the hydrogen energy supply chain,a multi-phase single-objective hydrogen energy supply chain network planning model with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the hydrogen energy supply chain was constructed,and the constraints were determined based on the element attributes of each link of the hydrogen energy supply chain.Finally,based on the hydrogen demand of hydrogen fuel vehicles and the hydrogen energy supply chain network planning model,a reasonable layout scheme for the hydrogen energy supply chain of hydrogen fuel vehicles in Zhangjiakou area is proposed,and the cost of each link of the hydrogen energy supply chain is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model,so the hydrogen energy supply chain network planning model in this study can also be used to formulate hydrogen energy supply chain network planning in other cities.
