| With the increasingly severe shortage of energy and environmental deterioration,the global energy industry has begun to take low-carbon,zero-carbon,and low pollution as the direction of energy change,and form a diversified energy structure mainly based on traditional energy and renewable energy in the future.As a clean,zero-carbon,and efficient secondary energy,hydrogen energy can be stored through renewable energy hydrogen-making,which can not only solve the problem of waste of resources,but also promote the realization of my country’s "double carbon target".However,most of my country’s natural gas pipelines have been in service period for 15-20 years,and transportation of high-pressure pure hydrogen may cause the risk of leakage and explosion.Therefore,the performance testing of the performance test of the natural gas pipeline and the analysis of the cost of natural gas in the hydrogen-containing environment of natural gas pipelines is needed to clarify its safety and economy.This article studies the impact of 20%of the hydrogen doping of natural gas on the Q235 steel mechanical properties in the urban gas pipe network.Use universal testing machines and fatigue testing machines to perform slow stabilization tests,fatigue crack expansion rate tests,and fracture tough tests to obtain changes in the mechanical performance of samples in a hydrogen-containing environment,and judge the degree of deterioration of the pipe.The experimental results found that mixing 20%hydrogen will reduce the stretching performance of Q235 pipes,but the degree of impact is not great;mixing 20%hydrogen will speed up the fatigue cracking growth of Q235 pipes,and the impact on the influence of fatigue cracking extension at the weld of the pipeline is more impact.Large;20%hydrogen mixed with hydrogen will reduce the fracture toughness of the Q235 pipe,and increase with the concentration of hydrogen,which has a greater impact.This article studies the changes in the transmission performance of the pipeline when the urban gas pipeline transports hydrogen doping natural gas.Using Pipeline Studio software,steady-state simulation calculations were performed on medium-pressure(0.4MPa)and sub-high pressure(1.6 MPa)pipeline models with a hydrogen-doped ratio of0-15% and a length of 4 km.The calculation results show that after the hydrogenation of the transportation pipeline,the pipeline pressure will decrease with the increase of the pipeline mileage,and the temperature increases with the increase of the pipe mileage;The changes in the proportion will not affect the decrease in the pressure of the pipeline;while the temperature of the pipeline terminal is increased with the pressure of the gas source,it will increase first and then decrease.And different hydrogen doping can affect the gas temperature of the pipeline terminal.The larger the hydrogen doping amount,the greater the difference in the pipeline temperature.This article also studies the cost and economic sensitivity of natural gas hydrogen doping mixed demonstration stations.The economic evaluation system of Mingxing General Construction Project has carried out cost calculation and key factors sensitivity research on the natural gas hydrogen hydrogen mixed gas station model.It was found that the cost of gas purchase at natural gas hydrogen doping stations was mainly affected by hydrogen prices.Reducing the price of hydrogen can increase the economy of mixed gas stations;carbon transaction prices mainly affect the sales revenue of natural gas hydrogen doping demonstration stations.With the rise of carbon trading prices in Beijing,the profitability of natural gas hydrogen doping stations has increased accordingly;the proportion of hydrogen doping mainly affects the amount of gas mixing(that is,the cost of gas purchase).When the proportion of hydrogen doping rises,hydrogen stations can purchase higher prices of hydrogen;load rate(equipment subsidy)mainly affects the operating income of natural gas hydrogen doping mixed stations.Under the premise of ensuring the 8%yield of the mixture,the load rate(Equipment subsidy)Higher,the higher the hydrogen station can purchase higher prices of hydrogen. |
