| Waste livestock and poultry manure after the production of livestock and poultry industry is rich in organic materials,through long-term bacterial corruption oxidation or natural decomposition oxidation to produce a large number of such as ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,skatole and other odor gases,affect human and animal health,and cause environmental pollution.It is an important measure to prevent environmental pollution and protect human and animal health to eliminate or reduce the stench produced by livestock manure.In this study,strains with deodorant function were obtained from different natural materials(livestock manure,soil,compost samples,farmland straw)through initial screening and rescreening,and the strains were identified.According to the principle of harmonious ecological relationship and complementary function among strains,the strains were composed of compound bacterial agent I and compound bacterial agent II in different proportions.The culture conditions of compound bacterial agent were optimized by single factor method,and the deodorization effect of compound bacterial agent on chicken manure was studied.The results are as follows:1.10 functional strains of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and skatole removal were obtained.The ammonia removal rates of strains X1 and X2 were more than 30%.The hydrogen sulfide removal rate of strains X2,X4,X5 and X8 was more than 20%.The removal rates of strain X3 to skatole was more than 30%.X1,X2,X3,X4,X5,X6,X7 and X8were identified as Bacillus;Z11 belongs to Rhizopus;Z14 belongs to Penicillium.2.Two groups of compound bacterial agents were combined.Group Ⅰ,and group Ⅱstrains of compound bacterial agents and the inoculation ratio respectively were:X1:X2:X3:X4:Z11:Z14=1:1:1:1:2:2 and X1:X2:X3:X4:X5:X8:Z11:Z14=1:1:1:1:1:1:2:2.Through three single factor tests,which only changed the culture temperature,culture p H value and inoculum amount,optimized the optimal culture conditions of compound bacterial agent I and compound bacterial agent II were obtained: medium Ⅳ,temperature 35℃,p H 7.0,inoculum amount 2%.3.Compound agent I and compound agent II were added to chicken manure at 2%of the fecal mass,and the removal rates of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and skatole in chicken manure were detected every 24 h.Compared with the control group,compound agent I and compound agent II had the function of removing ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and skatole from chicken manure.Among the two groups of compound bacterial agents,The removal effect of compound agent II on ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and skatole was better than that of compound agent I.4.Compound agent II has good safety,and it can reduce ammonia concentration when used in the chicken house. |
