With the rapid development of China’s large-scale, intensive farming, concentrated discharge poultry manure has brought tremendous pressure on the environment. Chicken manure piling process will produce odor, where NH3 and H2S are.the main components. Biological deodorization as the regulation of the composting process by adding exogenous microbial way in the metabolism by reducing the material decomposition of gaseous volatilization loss to lower cost control odor generation is an important method for treatment of poultry manure odor. The deodorizing effect in this study, laboratory screening of strains YFI, better YS2 and J2 as starting strain, molecular identification and culture conditions of three kinds of bacteria and medium were optimized, the test of three strains of bacteria with different inoculation quantity was inoculated into chicken manure in, in order to determine the agent suitable additive amount.Suppression of ammonia strains YF1 and YS2 alone vaccination could make the production of chicken manure ammonia reduced by 26% and 28.4%. Two strains with mixture ratio of 1:1 could reduced by 75.6% generation of ammonia. Desulfurization strain J2 according to the amount of inoculation made the production of chicken manure to decrease H2S by 90.6%.DNA series were extracted and sequenced by Takara Biotechnology (Dalian) Co. Ltd., with bacterial genomic DNA as template to amplify the 16S rDNA, Seq Forward, Seq Internal, with Seq Reverse as primers for DNA sequencing. Strains YF1, YS2 and J2 sequence length 1451bp,1388bp and 1470bp respectively, the sequencing result was submitted to genbank database, result showed that the strain YF1, YS2 and J2 accession numbers are KJ023064, KJ023065 and KJ023066. The determination of the sequence by the sequence of blast software and Genbank for homology comparison, using the software of Mega5.0 strain of phylogenetic analysis, results are as follows:the strain YF1, YS2 and J2 were Pseudomonas sp., Sinorhizobium sp. and Lysinibacillus sp. respectively.Using 10L automatic fermentor system optimization, selection of pH value, the 4 factors like stiring speed, temperature, ventilation, set 3 levels of L9 (34) orthogonal test were studied. The optimal culture condition of strain YFI was 28℃, pH7.0, aeration rate 5L/min, speed of 200 r/min. The optimum culture conditions of strain YS2 was 30℃, pH 6.5, aeration rate 5L/min, speed of 300 r/min. Temperature, pH, inoculum size and aeration rate on YF1, YS2 effects were significant (P<0.01). The optimum culture conditions of strain J2 was 30℃, pH 6, aeration rate 3L/min, speed of 100 r/min. Effects of temperature and pH on J2 were significant (P<0.01).Application of chicken deodorant in production. Test in A, B, C three composting workshop will be prepared by mixing ratio of the three bacteria microbial deodorant sprayed on the surface of chicken, fixed time in the workshop NH3 and H2S concentration measurements to study microbes in the production of deodorant the application results. Before deodorant spray NH3 concentration A, B, C three districts were 5.1,2.4,6.6 mg/m3; H2S concentrations were 13.2×10-3,9.7×10-3,17.1×10-3 mg/m3. The first spray deodorant is 72L, two days after spraying before NH3, H2S concentration decreased, while the third day of NH3, H2S concentration increased slightly. And then spraying bacteria 36 L every three days, the concentration of NH3, H2S was kept under a low level.
