With the continuous popularization of the concept of healthy life,more and more people have joined the ranks of fitness.As an important part of the national fitness movement,community fitness has attracted a large number of community users by virtue of its geographical location and convenient operation.However,most existing facilities still only emphasize basic exercise functions,lack innovation awareness,and fail to take into account the changes in users and user needs brought about by social development,seriously affecting the user experience.Building a reasonable and effective product design model,mining and quantifying user needs in the community outdoor fitness path,making scientific design decisions,and improving the satisfaction of community outdoor fitness users is the focus and purpose of this research topic.The main research contents and achievements of this paper include:Investigated and analyzed the existing problems of community outdoor fitness facilities,and constructed a mapping relationship between existing problems and user needs.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,and other methods,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status and use of outdoor fitness facilities in communities,and proposes a concept to solve design issues from the perspective of user needs.Sorting out relevant design theories driven by user needs,comparing the characteristics of various theoretical methods,and constructing a SET/KANO/AHP product design model.Diverse thinking based on SET analysis method to widely collect user needs;Design a survey questionnaire based on the KANO model to divide user demand attributes;The AHP method is used to establish a hierarchical model of user requirements,obtain the weight and priority ranking of requirements,clarify design priorities,and guide design practice.The target user research was conducted using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Positioning the elderly aged 60 to 80 and children aged 3 to 12 as the main user group for outdoor fitness in the community,combining the social background of aging and the phenomenon of intergenerational rearing,analyzing the characteristics of target users,constructing typical user portraits,drawing user experience maps,and analyzing pain points and opportunities.Conduct design practice based on user demand research and analysis results.Through the design positioning,the design direction is further clarified,and the integrated design concept of "health,entertainment,and recreation" is proposed.The design scheme takes into account the needs of early research feedback,such as partner fitness,intergenerational parenting,fun interaction,and intelligent recording.Finally,a design evaluation was conducted on the design scheme,and the scoring results confirmed that the example design based on the proposed design method can effectively improve user satisfaction.This study combines SET/KANO/AHP methods to construct a user demand oriented design model that is feasible and provides a reference design method for innovative design of similar products;It constructs a new paradigm and provides new ideas for the innovative design of community outdoor fitness facilities.
