At present,the number of elderly people in China is increasing year by year,and the health status of the elderly is not optimistic.The State Council's"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" National Aging Development and Pension System Construction Plan in 2017 proposed to build fitness venues,and equip fitness facilities suitable for the elderly.Based on this,the subject introduces age-responsive design into the design of community fitness products.The subject takes existing community fitness products as the research object,and starts from the community fitness behaviors of elderly users to conduct research on community-based fitness products based on user behaviors.The project uses questionnaire surveys,FTA and FMEA analysis,context analysis,scene tracking,user experience maps and other methods and tools,starting from the two dimensions of existing community fitness product analysis and user behavior analysis to obtain the specific needs of elderly users for community fitness products.And the comprehensive weight method is used to plan the specific needs,output the design strategy of community fitness products for seniors,and guide the completion of the design practice.The main research work of this thesis includes:(1)Analysis of existing fitness products in the community based on FMEA.By reviewing the information and field visits,the existing fitness products in the community and their use methods are sorted out.The questionnaire survey was used to obtain the comprehensive use frequency and satisfaction of the elderly users of the existing fitness products in the community,and three different types of products with high comprehensive use frequency by the elderly users were selected as typical in-depth studies.Through FMEA analysis of three typical products,the main failure modes of the products are obtained,which are transformed into user requirements and user requirements set A is obtained.(2)Behavior analysis of elderly users based on scene tracking.Through user interviews,the elderly user groups are further subdivided,user portraits are drawn,and user behavior is initially obtained.Using the situational analysis method,this paper analyzes the behavior of elderly users participating in community fitness before,during and after fitness,obtains the pain points and needs of users,further tracks and combs the behavior process of elderly users using community fitness products,analyzes the user perception,pain points,emotions and needs of each behavior node,draws the user experience map,and obtains User requirements set B.(3)Design strategies and solutions for community fitness products for seniors.The user requirement set A and user requirement set B are combined to obtain the total user requirement set.Using the KJ method,the specific requirements in the total demand concentration are grouped and classified,the user demand hierarchy model is constructed,and the requirements are planned by the comprehensive weight method to obtain the importance ranking results of each demand item.According to the results of demand planning,the design strategy of community fitness products for the elderly is output,and the design practice is guided.In summary,the subject provides effective guidance strategies for the design of community fitness products for seniors through the analysis of existing community fitness products and research on the behaviors of elderly users.Combined with national active aging measures,the topic is based on multidisciplinary knowledge of design,behavior,sports,statistics,and other aspects.Starting from user behavior,the topic introduces age-responsive design to the design of community fitness products,with a view to designing community fitness products for elderly users that are more in line with their physiological,psychological and emotional needs,improving the physical condition of elderly users,and improving the happiness index of elderly users.
