| AI has developed greatly in the steel industry in recent years.Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd is a key enterprise in the pilot project of national steel industry restructuring.As a boutique base just established,the company is in its infancy in information technology and intelligence technology.Intelligent operation system in the warehouse area is required to effectively reduce labor costs and improve equipment automation,informatization,and intelligence in the warehouse area.Key technologies of the company’s intelligent driving system are studied in this paper.The production operation information in the warehouse area is connected into an information whole through the warehouse area management system,MES system,primary and secondary systems,and an intelligent unmanned driving system is constructed in the post-rolling warehouse,so as to realize 24-hour automatic unmanned driving operation in the warehouse area.Firstly,it studies the evolution of driving operation in industrial scenarios,from traditional operation in the warehouse area to automation and then to intelligence.The intelligent driving system of the company is designed and studied by comparing its operation modes.For the first time,all levels of systems in the warehouse area are integrated into a whole,including raw material warehouse,materials in and out of the finished product warehouse,etc.,for which unmanned transformation is carried out.A study on the hardware structure of the main body of the electric traffic control and the network structure of the whole system is conducted,which establishes the full coverage operation of the wireless ring network in the whole warehouse area.The dispatching logic of operation in the warehouse area is studied to ensure the efficient operation of traffic through the principles of priority avoidance and shortest path.A study is made on the transmission management flow of special jig clamps under unmanned operation and logistics plan with three-level MES.Functions of software in the overall framework of the system are studied as well as the "Safety" in the industrial production environment.Secure operation of unmanned operation can be ensured through safety management logic in the warehouse area.Secondly,a special study on the positioning precision and anti-roll module in the unmanned system of intelligent driving is carried out and the subsystem integration is completed.Firstly,a study is carried out on the actual operation rules in the warehouse area,where the unique swing logic is applied to the unmanned operation in the warehouse area.It is the first time that unmanned operation in the warehouse area has been realized within the company.A special anti-rolling logic is endowed during operation as well as a logic of acceleration and deceleration interaction with the limit during lifting by analyzing the positioning of the cart and the main hook and the assistance of the complete anti-rolling controller.The positioning precision is ± 25 mm and the swing angle is ± 0.3 ° without affecting the operation efficiency.Both are advanced in China.Finally,logical adaptation is carried out,enables it to adjust the error faster to achieve a control effect more suitable for the actual operation.Finally,a special topic of vehicle scanning module is studied and realized.It is a key part of the interaction between traffic operation and social logistics vehicles.Automatic steel coil loading/unloading can be realized by scanning the vehicle to obtain the location coordinates required for unmanned vehicle loading/unloading steel coils.The X/Y/Z value of the coil center is calculated through a special scanning data preprocessing and block-splitting process.Efficiency and precision of steel coil determination are ensured by fitting parameters of characteristic surfaces.It enables it to completely substitute for labor compared with traditional operation methods,which significantly improves the intelligence level of the warehouse area. |
