Research On Xinjiang Cold Fresh Mutton Cold Chain Transportation Monitoring System Based On WSN

As one of the five major animal husbandry areas in my country,the Xinjiang animal husbandry area has obvious advantages in the survival and development of the animal husbandry industry.Xinjiang's cold and fresh lamb is tender and tender,with relatively low levels of cholesterol and fatty acids,and is favored and loved by consumers in Xinjiang.At the same time,the cold meat is soft and flexible,with less juice loss and delicious taste.It also meets the food quality requirements put forward by people on the quality and safety of fresh lamb.The cold meat has gradually developed into the mainstream of the fresh food consumer market.However,as a special fresh food,cold lamb products have the disadvantage of not being easy to store.Therefore,the cold chain transportation of lamb is of great significance for maintaining the quality of cold lamb food and extending the shelf life.In this paper,through field investigation and analysis of the cold chain mutton cold chain transportation industry in Xinjiang,according to the decay mechanism of cold mutton decay,the cold chain logistics transportation gas monitoring parameters are determined,and the odor is combined with other freshness detection indicators to construct the cold mutton freshness The prediction model,combined with the actual management needs of cold fresh lamb cold chain transportation,designed and developed a Xinjiang cold fresh lamb cold chain transportation monitoring system based on WSN(Wireless Sensor Network).The main research contents and main conclusions of the paper are as follows.The first part mainly introduces the domestic and international status and application of the cold chain logistics monitoring technology,cold chain logistics monitoring parameters and cold chain logistics monitoring system in recent years.Pay attention to the application of wireless sensor network technology and determine the basic composition framework of the cold chain mutton cold chain transportation monitoring system.The second part mainly carried out the freshness monitoring experiment of cold mutton and the prediction evaluation of freshness model.Freshness lamb freshness indicators include color difference,pH,odor,and volatile base nitrogen parameters.As the number of refrigeration days increases,each indicator will show a series of changes.Through relevant testing,cold fresh lamb samples can be refrigerated at different temperatures The freshness index was obtained,the experimental data was used to verify the prediction performance of the RBF neural network model,and the freshness of the cold lamb was predicted.The third part mainly introduces the realization process of the cold fresh lamb monitoring system.Xinjiang cold fresh mutton cold chain transportation monitoring system mainly includes real-time collection and transmission of cold chain transportation car environmental data and remote management of monitoring system application center.Use relevant sensors to design the environment collection terminal to collect the transportation environment data of cold and fresh lamb in the car.At the same time,WSN combined with GPRS(General packet radio service)technology to realize the function of the main aggregation node of the wireless sensor to realize data collection and data transmission.Finally,use software technology The development of the monitoring system application platform was carried out,based on the B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,the development of the cold fresh lamb monitoring system was realized.Finally,the cold chain transportation simulation experiment of cold mutton was carried out,and the system was tested.The results show that the hardware of the cold chain logistics monitoring system of cold mutton can work normally,and the software design of the monitoring system can meet the basic needs of third-party logistics companies.The development and design and application of the monitoring and management system for cold mutton can effectively reduce the operating costs of logistics service companies,improve the service efficiency of the company,increase the social and economic benefits of the company,and promote the steady rise of social modernization management as a whole.
