| The cold-rolled operation area of Qiangang Steel and Silicon Steel is the main production facility of silicon steel products of Shougang Group.The annual output is about 1.2 million tons.Currently,the steel coil hoisting and steel coil management in the reservoir area after the acid rolling are performed manually.A large number of personnel,belonging to labor-intensive regions,have been affected by various aspects such as safety,quality,and cost over the years,which has imposed restrictions on the management of steel coil logistics in the reservoir area.In view of this reservoir area problem,this paper used information technology and automated technology to carry out the design and reconstruction of the unmanned crane in the reservoir area after a cold rolling acid rolling mill of silicon steel,and formed an information-based,intelligent,and high-efficiency,low cost,high degree of automation of the unmanned crane system library.The main tasks include:(1)Analyze the structure and specific functional requirements of the unmanned overhead crane system;(2)Briefly introduce the overall architecture and design of unmanned overhead crane system;(3)Through the design and modification of auxiliary equipment in the warehouse area after rolling,the information communication with the unmanned overhead crane system is realized;(4)The hardware structure of unrolled crane system is designed after rolling.At the same time,Step7 v5.5,a programmable controller of Siemens,is used to design the control process of each control unit of the system,and the control function is solved.The matching efficiency of warehouse steel coils after going into warehouse and on-line is reduced,and the lifting cost of the warehouse area after rolling is reduced;(5)In order to improve the safety and reliability of the unmanned overhead crane system,visualize the operation status and operating parameters of the overhead crane,facilitate the management and maintenance of the equipment,and develop the status monitoring system for unmanned overhead cranes.After the installation and commissioning of the system is completed,the operation is stable.The 24-hour operation rate of single bicycles is between 180-210 hooks.The average success rate of the system’s automatic scrolling is above 95%.The operation status is good,and it can meet the requirements of on-site production and has strong practicality. |
