Research On Urban Ecological Culture Construction

Ecological culture is a culture of harmonious development between human beings and nature.It is an important content of the advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and plays a role in intellectual support and value guidance in the construction of ecological civilization.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China comprehensively and systematically summarized the major achievements in the construction of ecological civilization since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deeply expounded that "Chinese path to modernization is a kind of modernization in which people and nature coexist in harmony",and clearly defined the strategic task of China’s ecological civilization construction in the new era.Its general keynote is to promote green development and promote the harmonious coexistence of people and nature.While fully affirming the achievements of ecological civilization construction,the report,from the aspects of industrial structure adjustment,pollution control,ecological protection,climate change and other aspects,expounds the application and implementation of Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization in the new era and the new journey,taking the road of green development,taking the Chinese-style modernization as the goal,and building a beautiful China where man and nature coexist in harmony.Comprehensive planning and deployment have been carried out.Therefore,we should base on Xi Jinping’s important discussion on ecological culture,implement the idea of green development,face the problems,face the future,actively explore the way suitable for our country’s ecological culture construction,so as to improve the level of our country’s ecological culture construction,promote green development,and realize the goal of "beautiful China".In recent years,with the continuous improvement of national governance experience,relevant scholars have increasingly attached importance to the research of urban ecological and cultural construction.The construction of urban ecological culture is the development trend and historical trend of today’s cities,which is not only consistent with the needs of the public for the living environment,but also an important goal to promote the growing development of the country.Therefore,local governments and relevant departments at all levels must increase the construction of urban ecological culture.The main content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part defines the relevant concepts and explains the relevant theories.Firstly,it expounds the background and significance of the topic selection of ecological culture,and expounds the relevant concepts of ecological culture and urban ecological culture;The second is to theoretically analyze the theoretical basis for building ecological civilization.Provide theoretical guidance for the study of urban ecological and cultural construction.The second part is the basic situation of ecological civilization construction in Tongliao City.This chapter discusses the cultural situation of Tongliao City.It also lists the current achievements of ecological and cultural construction in Tongliao City.However,at the same time,there are still some problems in the construction of ecological culture in Tongliao City,which are analyzed based on three aspects: maintaining a good attitude towards the construction of ecological culture by the public,the relationship between the inheritance of traditional ecological culture and national ecological culture,and the interactive mechanism of ecological culture.Based on the current situation of cultural construction in Tongliao City,the author believes that the main causes of the problems faced by the ecological and cultural construction in Tongliao City are the inadequate recognition of the value of ecological and cultural construction by the masses,the insufficient inheritance of the value of traditional ecological culture,the insufficient integration with the characteristics of ethnic regions,and the inadequate improvement of policies related to ecological and cultural construction.The third part is the countermeasures for the construction of ecological culture in Tongliao City.Based on the new stage of development,it is necessary to propose countermeasures from a new perspective such as improving the way of ecological culture construction,inheriting and promoting traditional ecological culture,building urban ecological culture with local characteristics,and constructing relevant policy support systems to enhance the level of ecological culture construction.
