In recent years,health has become a hot topic of discussion,and how to get rid of the "civilized disease" of obesity is one of the most concerned issues in the topic.In order to solve the problem of obesity,more and more people choose to change their diet structure in addition to exercising to lose weight.By adjusting their diet structure to control calorie intake,they can adjust their own weight.Light food has the characteristics of rich variety of ingredients,low calorie intake,and balanced nutrition,making it an important way for obese individuals to improve their dietary structure.This topic focuses on the current situation of people who are not fully aware of the consequences of obesity and have difficulty developing healthy eating habits.Using cooking products as a starting point,it pays attention to the dietary management needs of light weight loss people.Through qualitative and quantitative research,we aim to understand the cognitive attitude,dietary behavior,light cooking behavior,and the functions of light food kitchen appliances and products of weight loss people towards overweight/obesity,Using the cross theoretical model in behavioral change theory to analyze the behavioral characteristics of weight loss individuals,the influencing factors of healthy eating behavior in different weight loss stages were obtained.Combined with the CREATE behavioral theory in behavioral design,the needs and design opportunities of weight loss individuals at different stages were summarized,and a healthy eating intervention plan was obtained.Under the guidance of behavioral change theory,propose health intervention strategies and summarize the design elements of a health-oriented product system.From the three levels of product emotional design principles: instinct layer,behavior layer,and reflection layer,the hardware foundation is light food kitchen utensils and equipment products that achieve basic functions such as light food cooking.Combined with intelligent information terminals,provide food management related functions,Build a design strategy for a light food intelligent kitchen appliance product system and conduct design practice.Design a kitchenware product system that meets the functional and emotional needs of users,guide users to develop healthy eating behaviors,help users break the vicious cycle,establish healthy eating habits,and achieve the goal of improving posture and maintaining their own health.Through the research of this topic,we aim to explore and broaden our thinking for the design of light food kitchenware products and health design in healthy eating scenarios.
