Domestic Kitchenware Situation Research

Today,rapid development of social economy and science and technologyhas laid a solid foundation for the people’s life. Along with the material life constantly,especially in terms of diet, people often away from essential family kitchen that the part of life.What development of catering industry is"good" or "bad" to the younger generation? A new generation of young people in thekitchen and kitchen understanding anduse less and less.The use of China traditional kitchen utensils are limited to certain areas,and lack of powerfull. At the same time,the influence of modern western kitchen China traditional family kitchen can not be ignored. From the history of the development of Chinese traditional kitchen hands,and with the differences between Chinese and Westernfood culturein-depth analysis,to explore the future development of Chinese family kitchen.The research results have a certain guiding significance for China family kitchen design,I hope in the future study China family kitchen scholars can find some starting point and research methods.
