| The wonderful ecological environment of natural protected areas has supplied intrinsic superiority for the good-quality development of tourism.It also explains and practices the concept of " Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver.".The good-quality development of tourism can stimulate the natural protected areas play the roles of cultural education,scientific investigation,environmental education,entertainment and leisure properly.The good-quality development of tourism can also be the necessary step to motivate the goal of natural protection to be achieved and promote to achieve the values of ecological products.Accompanying with the development of economy,the problems associated with natural protected areas such as the fragmentation of the protection of natural protected areas,the confusion of power and responsibility of related departments,the destruction of natural environment and the decline of ecological diversity which are caused by the confused division of authority and division of space.To solve the problems mentioned above,China has established the new natural protected system which set the national park as the main carrier.Under this new system,it is necessary and urgent to achieve the situation of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology at the same time and explore the harmonious relationship between the ecological environment of natural protected areas tourism.The study takes the natural protected areas of Shaanxi province as the research object.This research aims to explore the mutual links between the ecological environment of natural protected areas and the developmental situation of according tourism.This paper attempts to construct the models of coupling coordination on the basic of related links.By taking advantages of the following means at the same time,such as the method of entropy evaluation,the construction of synthesized assessment models,dimensional distance models and coupling coordination models,this paper aims to estimate the related degrees of the ecosystem of natural protected areas and the system of tourism development in Shaanxi province from 2011 to 2022,which contains the following degree,such as the degree of development,the degree of mismatch and the degree of coupling coordination.This paper attempts to analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of ecosystem and tourism development system from the perspectives of time and spatial dimensions.At last,this paper attempts to put forward some strategies which can promote and stimulate the harmonious growth between the travel industry and the ecosystem of natural protected areas in Shaanxi province based on the findings and conclusions drawn from the previous studies.The main findings and conclusions are as following:Firstly,this paper clearly points out that the relationship between the ecosystem of the natural protected areas and the development of tourism is both mutual promotion and mutual coercion.This paper also adds the theory of symbiosis into the construction of the coupling coordination model innovatively and puts forward 3E evaluation index system which is composed by elements,environment and energy.Secondly,the natural protected areas of Shaanxi province show the features of large quality,brilliant quantity and rich types.The growth process of ecosystem in Shaanxi province meets the standards of the Kuznets inverted U-shaped curve.In particularly,the growth process can be divided into 3 periods.From 2011 to 2016 can be classified as the first period which can be called decay period of superiority.From 2016 to 2019 can be classified as the second period which can be called volatility period of superiority.From 2019 to 2021 can be classified as the third period which can be called recovery period of superiority.Among the cities of Shaanxi province,the eco-condition of Yan’an,Xi’an,Ankang,Hanzhong,Shangluo,Baoji is outstanding.Before 2016,the comprehensive level of tourism grown dramatically.After 2016,the comprehensive level of tourism declined tardily.The developing level of Xi’an is the most outstanding compared with the other cities in Shaanxi provinces.The developing level of Yan’an,Ankang,Hanzhong,Shangluo,Baoji is better than the rest cities in Shaanxi.Thirdly,the coupling coordination degree between the eco-condition of natural protected areas and tourism in Shaanxi grows gradually accompanies with the time goes.The junior coordination accounts for the largest proportion and the coordination degree reached Intermediate degree in 2017,2018 and 2020.In terms of spatial coupling and coordinated development,the advantageous areas present a "C" shape,and the three cities in southern Shaanxi and Baoji City form a coordinated development hotspot due to their agglomeration advantages.When come back to the perspective of individual city and district,Xi’an has the highest degree of coupling coordination which is composed by well-coordinated type.In Baoji,Yan’an and Shangluo,the type of intermediate coordination takes the main body.In Yulin,Weinan,Hanzhong and Ankang the type of primary coordination takes the main body.In Xianyang and Tongchuan,the degree of coupling coordination is o the border of mull.Lastly,this paper raises the developing strategies about high-quantity conformity from the perspective of province and city,relying on the developing situation of coordination between eco-condition of natural protected system in Shaanxi and tourism.From the provincial perspective,three countermeasures are put forwards.The first strategy is taking technological innovation and policy regulation as the guarantee.The second one is building eco-corridors and ecomonitoring mechanism.The third one is exploring the education method about nature and experience the natural beauty.From the city perspective,putting forward related strategies according to different coupling coordination degrees in different cities.For the cities which has outstanding,intermediate and primary coordination,this paper put forward the strategy of multi-subject participation to promote the sharing of the whole people,brand leadership to form a reputation guarantee,and regional joint efforts to exert superimposed effects.For the cities’ degrees of coordination which is on the border of mull,this paper recommend that they put the cultural inheritance integrated into high-quality products.The research provides systematic ideas and methods for the double win situation of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology in natural protected areas.The research results and countermeasures are conducive to strengthening the protection of eco-space system in Shaanxi natural protected areas and promoting the high-quality development of tourism.This paper can also provide a significant reference for the other province which can help them has a better understanding about the meaning and practice of the theory of two mountain.Moreover,it can stimulate the construction of eco-civilization. |
