Belt conveyor is a common material transportation equipment,which is widely used in coal mine industry.For super long distance conveyors,two motors are generally used to drive,and the synchronous control performance of two motors affects the working efficiency of the conveyor.The traditional belt conveyor monitoring system has the disadvantages of poor real-time and portability.The well managers and equipment maintenance personnel can not understand the equipment operation status in real time.Aiming at the traditional belt conveyor system in coal mine,this paper carries out the research on the remote monitoring system of belt conveyor combined with cloud platform technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of belt conveyor and based on the requirements of on-site working conditions of coal mine,this paper puts forward the overall solution,including control system and remote monitoring system.The equipment selection is completed mainly with frequency converter,PLC and touch screen as the hardware platform.Study the communication between various devices in the system,and use Modbus protocol to communicate with socket.And write the communication program of each device to realize the data interaction between devices.(2)Three main dual motor synchronous control structures are introduced: dual motor parallel control structure,dual motor master-slave control structure and dual motor cross coupling control structure.The factors affecting the performance of dual motor synchronous control are pointed out.The Simulink simulation model of single motor vector control is established,and the design of each regulator in the model is completed.Through this model,the simulation model of dual motor parallel,dual motor master-slave and dual motor cross coupling control structure is built.Through simulation experiments,the advantages and disadvantages of the synchronous control performance of the three synchronous control structures are compared and analyzed.Finally,the optimal matching relationship between coal transportation volume and belt speed is discussed to realize the optimal control of energy consumption,and the conveyor speed regulation system is controlled by fuzzy PID to realize stable control.(3)A set of intelligent control system for conveyor is designed.Design the electrical schematic diagram of the system.Develop PLC control software and touch screen monitoring software to realize the functions of signal processing,remote control and fault protection,and realize the system monitoring of users underground.(4)A set of belt conveyor remote monitoring system based on industrial Internet cloud platform server is developed and designed.The system includes three parts: data side,server side and client side.The server side reads the data from the data side and then sends it to the client side.The client side receives the data parameters of the server side to realize the function of remote monitoring.The server,client and the communication between each part of the system are programmed in Java language.
