| The report points out that "green development,low-carbon development is a key initiative to promote high-quality economic and social development",social work should be to achieve the "double carbon" double carbon target as a general traction,comprehensively strengthen resource conservation and environmental protection,accelerate the promotion of the formation of green low-carbon We should take the "double carbon" and "double carbon" goals as the overall traction,strengthen resource conservation and environmental protection,accelerate the formation of green and low-carbon production and lifestyle,and promote the overall green transformation of economic and social development.At present,China’s rapid economic development also shows typical high-carbon characteristics,the green technology innovation behavior of enterprises is an important support to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,"double carbon" goal.However,enterprises,as "limited rational human beings",tend to pay too much attention to production profits and ignore the ecological environment.Environmental regulations have strong orientation and relevance,which can effectively promote enterprises’ green technological innovation and solve ecological and environmental problems.Therefore,it has become a key research direction to analyze the evolution of environmental regulation on enterprises’ green technology innovation behavior,and to select scientific and reasonable environmental regulation tools to guide enterprises’ green technology innovation.The research content of this thesis is divided into two parts,namely,the analysis of the factors influencing the green technology innovation of enterprises,and the analysis of the game subjects and the evolution of the green technology innovation of enterprises under the environmental regulation.In the first part,this thesis constructs a fuzzy language-based DEMATEL method to analyze the causal relationship between the influencing factors of enterprise green technology innovation.In the second part,an evolutionary game model is constructed based on the analysis of the influencing factors to explore the influence of different environmental regulations on the green technology innovation behavior of enterprises,and the evolutionary game theory is used to construct a multi-body evolutionary game model of government,enterprises and the public,and the numerical simulation of the evolutionary game results is carried out by MATLAB software to explore the influence of the cost,benefit,technological innovation incentive strength,taxation strength and other factors of each participating body on the green technology innovation behavior of enterprises:(1)Environmental regulations promote enterprises’ green technology innovation,and different environmental regulations have different effects on enterprises’ green technology innovation behavior.(2)The choice of behavioral strategies among government,enterprises and the public is interactive and influential,and government supervision can promote enterprises’ green technology innovation more effectively than public supervision.(3)Command-and-control environmental regulations can directly influence enterprises’ green technology innovation behavior,voluntary environmental regulations indirectly influence enterprises’ green technology innovation behavior,and market incentive environmental policies directly and indirectly influence enterprises’ green technology innovation behavior. |
