Research On Standardization Management Of Design Project For Offshore Oilfield Production Platform

In recent years,as a scientific management concept and management method,standardized management has been widely practised and applied in the fields of finance,medical care,education,railways,public services,etc.,especially in large enterprises or multinational companies that have adopted standardized management operations.The model,in the application,is proved that the implementation of standardized management in the enterprise can promote the operation and development of the enterprise,which promote mutual progress between the enterprise management and embark on a virtuous circle of promotion.Compared with well-known large-scale companies at home and abroad,the management method of ZH design company still adopts a semi-extensive and semi-standard mode.The large-flow project personnel,loose management process,lack of the necessary project management system and management standards,design process is not fully standardized,therefore resulting in the standardization of the project has not been high.Through combing and summarizing the past 70 design projects of ZH design company,that there are three problems in the process of design projects was analyzed.The first one,the organization of staffing is unreasonable,which is manifested by the lack of staffing of the target organization,the low level of project management and the arbitrary distribution of work.The second is the low application rate of standardization.It is shown that the degree of standardization of module design is not high and the method of safety risk assessment is not perfect.Thirdly,the control of design process is not strict,which is shown that the management of design progress and design quality is not scientific and loose.According to the problems of project design management,the standardized management system is constructed and includes three aspects in detail.Firstly,strengthen the management of project organization personnel in terms of clarifying the allocation of personnel and the division of responsibilities;Secondly,strengthen the management of technical standardization in terms of citing the methods of technical management and risk management,and finally strengthen the management of design process control from three aspects: quality control before design,during design and after design.After the adoption of standardized management system,the rate of standardized document applications in BZ design project has been increased from less than 60% of the past progects to 80%.The final BZ project review was passed with excellent design quality with a 96.6% high score in the project satisfaction survey.At the same time,the original design cycle of 16 months was completed 3 months ahead of schedule.Adopting the literature research method,case research method and practice method and starting from the current situation of design project management,using project management and project management process control theory conducts standardized management research on design projects of offshore oilfield production platforms,based on the actual situation of the ZH design company and drawing on the advanced management experience at home and abroad.The research results show that standardized management of design projects is an effective method that can improve the quality of design projects and speed up design efficiency.
