| With the gradual completion of China’s industrialization,the problem of ecological environment governance has become increasingly prominent,and a large number of specialized companies focusing on ecological environmental protection have emerged.The face of ecological environment in this emerging market,the influx of a large number of companies make the business competition gradually increased.At the same time,the state also puts forward more standardized requirements for enterprise qualification and professional level.How to further tap the enterprise’s own potential,enhance its competitiveness,and expand its market share under the new policy and environment will be serious problems facing by the enterprises.This thesis takes H Ecological Environment Governance Company(H Company)as the research object.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of its industry,it finds out the existing problems in the current market expansion strategy of H Company,uses scientific analysis methods to solve the problems.Give an improvement plan,which provides strong support and help for the smooth development of H Company’s future market expansion.First,this thesis finds out the problems existing in the market expansion process of H Company through the brainstorming method,uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of the ecological environment governance industry in combination with the problems,and then analyzes the current situation of H Company’s internal management and establishes a SWOT-AHP strategy selection model.Then,a quantitative analysis of several key factors such as the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the internal and external environment of H Company was carried out,and it was concluded that H Company should rely on its internal advantages to adopt an offensive market expansion strategy.Then,according to the previous scheme as the macro direction,the specific strategy of H company is formulated from the aspects of bidding channel strategy,cooperation development strategy,tangible display and service process development strategy.The last chapter of the article,according to the previous analysis results,improvement measures are given,which are brand strategy,market segmentation and customer relationship management,and the implementation of guarantees for market expansion is given which is the aspects of human resources,technology implementation,and performance evaluation.Finally,through the prediction of the new contract amount of H Company,we draw the conclusion that the market share of H Company will be further improved in the first half of this year. |
