| Ship painting is one of the core technologies in the process of ship construction.In the process design,it is first necessary to ensure that the painting matching system is adapted to the anticorrosion requirements of various parts of the ship body.Secondly,the quota calculation is performed for consumables such as paint,so as to estimate the painting cost and working hours.Finally,according to the surface roughness,rust removal grade and quality requirements of the coated parts,the painting method,equipment and process parameter interval range are determined.In painting process design,the calculation of paint consumption is an important part of ship construction cost prediction.At present,because there are many kinds and large quantity of outfitting parts in ship painting,the painting area can not be quickly and accurately obtained,and is often obtained by multiplying the empirical coefficient on the basis of ship structure area;at the same time,the calculation of painting quota is obtained by considering the loss coefficient on the basis of theoretical consumption,and the calculation process depends more on the experience of process personnel,and its results are difficult to ensure the accuracy of painting quota estimation,and the painting process design of the whole ship lacks digital and intelligent means.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the accurate calculation method of ship paint consumption oriented to the modeling of ship outfitting,provide the basis for the design of ship painting process in ship painting process,improve the intelligent level of ship painting process design,reduce the ship construction cost,and realize the refined management of painting process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A scheme for calculating the painting area for ship outfitting is designed.According to the analysis of ship installation,the corresponding parametric three-dimensional model design process of ship installation is determined.Taking marine steel straight ladder and marine manhole covers as examples,the characteristic parameters and characteristic parameter equation setting scheme are shown in detail.Finally,the parametric rapid modeling and painting area acquisition are realized through Solidworks design software and program design,which provides the basis for realizing the accurate calculation of paint consumption.(2)A dimensionality reduction method based on principal component analysis is proposed for the influencing factors of painting loss coefficient of ship outfitting.According to the related documents and field investigation,the parameters affecting the consumption and loss of painting are preliminarily determined,and the data dimension reduction is carried out by principal component analysis method,and finally three principal component parameters are formed.As the input of subsequent prediction algorithm,the model complexity is reduced and the operation efficiency of the algorithm is improved.(3)A method based on GA-BP algorithm is proposed to predict the loss coefficient of paint consumption for ship outfitting.In this method,BP neural network is optimized by genetic algorithm,the parameters obtained by principal component analysis are used as input,and the related data of shipyard are used as training set to realize the prediction of paint loss coefficient under different painting process parameters,and finally it is used to realize the accurate calculation of ship paint consumption for shipboard outfitting.(4)Design and develop software for calculating the consumption of painting used for ship outfitting.According to the demand analysis of the system,the overall framework of the system is constructed,and the design of the database of ship outfitting painting process,the ship outfitting 3D design model,the ship outfitting painting process parameters design module,and the consumption of painting applied to the ship outfitting module are realized.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is proved by data presentation. |
