| According to the framework of climate treaty, the International Maritime Organization draws upa series of energy conservation and emission reduction mandatory measures to solve the prombleof Ship building industry and shipping industry. However, for a long time, due to the lack ofeffective technology, the energy consumption of the ship in the domestic is failed to get effectivemonitoring and management. Therefore, the research of energy consumption of ship is extremelyurgent. The research can accelerate the progress of the energy conservation and emissionreduction of shipping and improve the level of management of shipping industry.This thesis takes a ship as an example, through the analysis and discussing of the Shipenergy consumption unitã€the modeling method of evaluation of ship energy consumption and theforecasting of energy, A Software which is based on C#and MATLAB, making the evaluationand forecasting of ship to be easy and visible. The main works of the paper are:Using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) builds up Evaluation system of Ship energyconsumption, and determines its weight vector. Then the paper discusses the index of ship energyconsumption, and evaluates a ship by using fuzzy evaluation.In the forecasting of ship energy consumption, this paper uses system identification andneural network to build up the model. The data used is obtained form experiment. Using themodel, the paper also predicts the energy consumption of ship.The ability of interface development of C sharp and the Computing and graphics processingpower of MATLAB are combined to develop a software of ship energy consumption evaluationand forecasting. The software can realize evaluation and forecasting of ship by inputting somesimple parameters. By Connecting to the Database, we can achieve priori knowledge of ShipPower Equipment, then combine with the real-time data and input data to finish the work well.NET can easily use the three-tier system based on the development of the B/S application.The paper develops a B/S application program based on triple framework using ASP, andconnect the MATLAB. The software can be used to evaluate and forecast ship energyconsumption; it is easy to store shipping information resources. Furthermore,it helps to improvethe level of management of shipping industry. |
