Research On The Optimization Path Of China ’s Chemical Product Trade Structure

As the industrial foundation and pillar of many countries,the position of chemical industry in the national economy is self-evident.China is a big chemical country,so it is of great significance to the development of China ’s economy and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Although China ’s chemical product production has the advantages of labor and abundant resources,it also faces the dilemma of high-end technology shortage and backward overcapacity.Some structural problems have been restricting its development,and the development potential has not been fully realized,which has led to the trade structure of China ’s chemical products.Therefore,studying the optimization of China ’s chemical product trade structure can not only improve the international competitiveness of China ’s chemical products,but also promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry,serve China ’s economic development,and promote the construction of “ double circulation.”This paper takes chemical products as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the optimization of China ’s chemical product trade structure on the basis of qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly,the related concepts and theories of chemical products and trade structure are defined and explained,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of this paper.Secondly,from the two aspects of trade scale and trade balance,this paper analyzes the overall development of China ’s chemical products trade,and finds that the total trade volume of China ’s chemical products is increasing,but there is a big but not strong problem,and the trade deficit is very prominent.On this basis,the evolution of China ’s chemical product trade structure is analyzed from three aspects : commodity structure,regional structure and mode structure,and the characteristics of China ’s chemical product trade structure are analyzed from different angles.And from the commodity structure,regional structure and mode structure,this paper summarizes many problems existing in the trade structure of chemical products in China.Finally,an empirical model of the influencing factors of China ’s chemical product trade structure is established to analyze the impact of economic scale,RMB exchange rate,R & D investment in the chemical industry,foreign investment in the chemical industry and fixed assets in the chemical industry on China ’s chemical product trade.The empirical analysis results show that the economic scale has a positive effect on China ’s chemical product trade,and the fixed asset investment in the chemical industry has a negative impact on the chemical product trade.Finally,on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the trade structure of chemical products in China.Mainly include : optimize the structure of fixed assets,promote the upgrading of industrial structure;use policy instruments to reduce the export of resource-based products;get rid of import dependence and accelerate ’ going out ’ and ’ bringing in ’;develop the central and western trade,optimize the internal regional structure;expand the international market,and actively respond to trade barriers;establish an effective incentive mechanism and cultivate independent brands;extend the industrial chain and increase the added value of products.On the basis of optimizing the trade structure of chemical products,the international competitiveness of chemical products is constantly improved,so as to promote the development of China ’s national economy.
