Since the reform and opening up,especially after China's accession to the WTO,China's rapid development of foreign trade, both in terms of trade scale, trade structure or trade methods have undergone profound changes. As one of the "troika" to stimulate economic growth, foreign trade has played an irreplaceable role in China's economic development and industrial structure optimization and technological progress. At the same time,China's environmental pollution is increasing, especially in the environment has a huge impact on the industrial waste emissions there has been a large-scale growth and emissions have been living in the forefront of the world,so there are a lot of criticism that growth of foreign trade led to environmental pollution,as well as related research and discussion is also endless. In addition, taking into account the current trend of global energy conservation and emission reduction, how to speed up the adjustment of trade growth and trade structure to enhance the harmonious development of trade and environment is still an important issue facing our country.According to the existing literature,we can find that the environmental effects of China's foreign trade mainly include the scale effect, the structural effect and the technical effect. In particular, the research on the scale effect and the technical effect is endless, but the research on the structural effect of the trade is exiling, and mainly focused on the trade structure of trade effects. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the impact of China's trade structure on the environment from the perspective of China's trade structure, regional structure and structure, and puts forward feasible policy suggestions on the basis of different research perspectives.First of all, this paper will analyze the relevant theories of foreign trade and environmental pollution at home and abroad, and use the environmental pollution supply and demand equation constructed by Copeland and Taylor to explain the general equilibrium model of foreign trade and environmental pollution. And then put forward the model of this paper on the basis of this modelSecondly, based on the changes of the three kinds of structures and the present situation of pollution emissions after China's accession to the WTO,the descriptive statistical analysis of China's trade structure change and industrial waste emission is revealed to reveal similar characteristics between the two trends.Thirdly, according to the measurement model established in this paper,we study the commodity structure and regional structure effect of China's trade on environmental pollution. From the regression results,we find that the growth of solid waste and exhaust emissions will increase for the GDP index, and its impact on these two emissions is relatively large, much higher than the impact of some other indicators of the size, but it will bring a reduction in sewage emissions, and its reduced emissions are relatively large.Other technological progress is not will bring about the reduction of waste,at least for solid waste and sewage emissions, industrial technology progress does not necessarily bring about a reduction in emissions, which may be due to the upgrading of industrial structure, although it no longer produce the original some waste, but may bring new waste. From the per capita income level indicators,it will bring solid waste and exhaust emissions reduction, but will increase the discharge of waste water. In the capital population ratio also is the trade structure of the commodity structure, the capital of the population ratio will bring more solid waste and emissions, while the increase in trade dependence will reduce the pollutant emissions volume. The other from the measurement results of export volume will lead to an increase in solid waste and exhaust emissions, while reducing waste water emissions. Finally, this paper also studies the method structural effect of trade on the environment, from the empirical results,in the long-term stability conditions, processing trade dependence for each increase of 1 unit, industrial wastewater discharge, industrial emissions and industrial solid waste generated the amount will increase 0.005279%,3.309005%and 2.172417%respectively.This shows that the rapid development of China's processing trade led to a different degree of pollution emissions increase,so that China's environmental quality deteriorating.
