| In the actual production process,the straightening efficiency and straightening accuracy of high-strength thick plates are low due to the lack of advanced straightening equipment and straightening technology.Therefore,it is time to study the straightening process of high-strength thick plates for improving the straightening efficiency and straightening accuracy of high-strength thick plates.This paper studies the craft of multi-point flexible pressure straightening of highstrength thick plates.First,in the straightening process,the main process parameters are determined by the straightening theory.The large hydraulic cylinder is discretized.Besides,multiple indenters and fulcrums are adopted to reduce the unstraightened area of the plate.Then,through the relationship between the bending moment,corner and the deflection in the straightening process,it can derive the analytical formula of the reduction.This article carries out sets of simulations by controling variables,and summarizes the flattening rule of the plate under different conditions.This article selects plates with yield strengths of345 MPa,460MPa and 690 MPa for experiments.This article studies the straightening effects of the plates in different thicknesses,lengths,initial deflections and fulcrum distances to verify the reliability of the formula results.At the same time,it is determined that the pressing amount is proportional to the yield strength of the plate.The amount of pressure is inversely proportional to the thickness of the plate.The pressure is proportional to the square of the distance between the pressure head and the fulcrum.The length of the plate has little influence on the pressing amount.Then,this article carries out experiments on the self-designed multi-point flexible pressure straightening device.It is verified that the static pressure delay strategy can reduce the residual deflection of the plate during the straightening process.At the same time,it is determined the feasibility of the craft by comparing the experimental results.Finally,through the study of the multi-point flexible pressure straightening scheme of different bending forms of plates,the reasonable straightening scheme was determined for different bending forms,and the straightening accuracy and straightening efficiency are obviously improved.Finally,the whole multi-point flexible pressure straightening process is given,which is of great significance for the study of the straightening process of high strength thick plates. |
