| Straightening is the material in the role of external force bending,elastic plastic deformation,so that the material tends to be flat.As a part of the metal processing,straightening technology has been widely used in the metallurgical industry,automobile industry,ship industry,high precision parts processing industry and so on.At present most of the domestic straightening machine are not used online measuring device,not precise account of the original material bending,only by the experience to develop regulations,straightening accuracy can not be guaranteed,often need to multiple straightening can meet the requirements of precision.Straightening is the material in the role of external force bending,elastic plastic deformation,so that the material tends to be flat.As a part of the metal processing,straightening technology has been widely used in the metallurgical industry,automobile industry,ship industry,high precision parts processing industry and so on.At present most of the domestic straightening machine are not used online measuring device,not precise account of the original material bending,only by the experience to develop regulations,straightening accuracy can not be guaranteed,often need to multiple straightening can meet the requirements of precision.This article in view of the traditional straightening machine by experience setting pressure,straightening precision and efficiency is not high,to achieve the original workpiece bending measurement as the goal,as well as the original workpiece flexural measurement method and pressure under the rules specified methods to carry out research.The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the bending curve of different section material,a kind of on-line measuring device is put forward,and the hardware selection and software design are carried out.Three-dimensional bending of circular section bar and one-dimensional bending plate,for example,in SolidWorks inside the material original bending simulation and the two bars were measurement scheme is developed.(2)Based on the results of the measurement,the principle and the straightening scheme of two kinds of materials are analyzed by using two kinds of straightening method,single-time and continuous-type.In simulation of rods adopt straight rod bending strength,comparing the curvature measurement method and measuring results.In continuous straightening straight machine simulation in and size selected respectively from the workpiece material and the straightening roller contact strength,biting condition three aspects to consider,finally selected and size range,in the calculation of roll number before and after the group and were used large deformation straightening principle and small deformation straightening principle to calculate,before and after the group and the number of range was obtained.(3)Using ANSYS,the two kinds of straightening process are analyzed,and the accuracy of the two schemes are obtained after the analysis of the processing results.The accuracy of the online measurement scheme is proved. |
