During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the coal industry is facing the dual challenges of intelligent expansion development and "dual carbon" goals,and the intelligent and clean energy transformation of coal mines is inseparable from professional and skilled personnel.As a leader in the field,the model worker(skill master)innovation studio is the incubation place of skilled talents,the concentration of innovation and efficiency,and the origin of stimulating innovation and effect of all employees.Scientifically evaluating the innovation ability of the members of the innovation studio and reasonably distributing the performance is of great significance for giving full play to and improving the talents of professional skills and cultivating their craftsmanship.Taking Yankuang Energy Group’s J Coal Mine Model Worker(Skill Master)Innovation Studio as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the problems and causes of the studio performance appraisal system under the background of intelligent mine construction by using fairness theory,two-factor theory and XY theory,and uses the analytic hierarchy(AHP)to find out the key influencing factors based on the four levels of finance,customer,internal business process and learning and growth of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC),and proposes an optimization and improvement scheme for the performance appraisal of the Labor Model(Skill Master)Innovation Studio A multi-dimensional evaluation model of performance appraisal is constructed,which makes up for the lack of innovation ability assessment and other dimensions of the performance appraisal system.Finally,the model is combined with the intelligent construction goal of coal mine,and a new performance appraisal system is optimized and proposed to match the development goal of coal science and technology in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,so as to achieve a "win-win" situation between personal career development and corporate strategic goals.The research results of this paper are: first,the team of the optimized and improved performance appraisal system has clear goals,closely focuses on the strategic goals of the organization,and decomposes the goals layer by layer;Second,the optimized assessment system meets the progress of mine technology research and project innovation under the background of intelligence,and the assessment indicators are more accurate and scientific;Third,the optimized assessment system is more positive and motivating,and member satisfaction and sense of fairness have been improved,which is helpful for the cultivation of skilled talents.To a certain extent,this paper promotes the J Coal Mine Model Worker(Skill Master)Innovation Studio to further improve the performance management level,and has certain reference significance for the development of other mine innovation studios.
