Under the environment of "green development",we advocate the use of green materials and ways of energy saving and emission reduction.Green buildings have their environmental characteristics in the whole life cycle of material selection,construction process,residential use,waste recycling and so on.Prefabricated building is one of the forms of green building.The factory processing mode of prefabricated building not only reduces the dust pollution of the construction site,but also improves the utilization rate of material resources.Although it is conducive to ecological protection,it has high economic cost and low social recognition.Therefore,it is an important link to balance the relationship between "ecology,economy and society",which not only involves multiple stakeholders such as "component manufacturers,local governments and developers",but also has different contributions and benefits to ecological benefits of all parties.From the perspective of ecological benefits,this paper studies how the stakeholders of prefabricated buildings choose construction methods and actively participate in cooperation to jointly develop related strategies of prefabricated buildings.From the perspective of ecological benefits,this paper studies the influence of factors affecting ecological benefits of prefabricated buildings on three major stakeholders,namely component manufacturers--local governments--developers,observes what strategic choices each stakeholder will make under the changes of ecological factors and puts forward relevant suggestions.Firstly,through literature analysis,related policy documents on the ecological environment of prefabricated buildings were sorted out to find the factors affecting the ecological benefits of prefabricated buildings.The PSR(Pressure-state-response)model was used to classify the influencing factors and get 15 influencing factors.At the same time,the index was quantified with entropy weight method,and 10 main influencing factors were determined for the later construction of the function.Secondly,the expected profit function of ecological benefits among the stakeholders of prefabricated buildings is constructed,and the contribution and profit function of the three parties of ecological benefits are defined,and the restriction relationship between the functions is calculated.Then,combined with the field investigation and the constraints between the functions,the initial parameters were determined,and the three-party evolution path was observed by MATLAB simulation software.Then adjust the range of parameter values,observe the evolution path under different conditions,and get the influence of each influencing factor on the three parties and its reasonable range of values;Then analyze the key factors that influence the tripartite cooperation and coordinated development.Finally,according to the simulation results,the influencing factors of PSR indexes at each level were analyzed,and the strategies to promote the collaborative development of the stakeholders of the ecological benefits of prefabricated buildings were proposed,and relevant suggestions were put forward for the multi-collaborative and green development of prefabricated buildings.This paper aims to solve the problems that the participants of the current construction industry have weak awareness of the ecological benefits of buildings,one-sided understanding of prefabricated buildings,and low cooperation among the main stakeholders related to ecological benefits.At the same time,it provides multi-party collaborative ideas for the government to promote the prefabricated building and the construction of ecological livable environment.The balanced development of ecological benefits of prefabricated buildings can be promoted through the joint efforts of various parties involved in the prefabricated buildings.
