Household garbage classification has the functions of reducing environmental pollution, saving land resources, utilizing renewable resources and realizing rural modernization. To promote household garbage classification in rural areas has an important strategic significance to ensure the safety of drinking water, land safety and quality, ecological and environmental safety in rural areas, optimize resource utilization and environmental protection, and promote the development of modern agriculture and rural revitalization. From the behavioral results, household garbage classification activities can not only reduce environmental problems such as dirty, disorderly and poor rural areas, but also produce a series of good "chain effects",such as soil, groundwater and air conditions will be improved. However, ecological products are generally considered as public goods, and their use and management are critical to the interests of the whole society.Rather than relying solely on market value. Therefore, garbage sorting measures need collective action to achieve. The willingness of residents to classify household garbage is affected by collective action, because collective action can mobilize more resources, share costs, strengthen organization and supervision, and realize scale economies and other functions,so as to improve the effect of garbage classification. At present, the public goods attribute of household garbage classification is often ignored in the research, and the research from the perspective of collective action is still scarce. In order to improve the rural ecological environment,it is necessary to overcome the collective action dilemma in household garbage classification, which is the key problem.Based on the perspective of collective action and multidimensional theoretical systems, such as the theory of public goods, the theory of public pond, the theory of autonomous governance and the theory of collective action, this paper uses the survey data of rural residents to summarize and conclude the status quo and problems of household garbage classification of rural residents to construct an indicator system for measuring the degree of participation of rural residents. At the same time,we use a variety of mathematical models and empirical analysis methods to study the mechanism and effect of rural residents’ willingness to household garbage classification, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote rural residents to participate in garbage classification. These research results provide theoretical and empirical support for institutional innovation and policy optimization of rural household waste classification in China.By combing and summarizing the relevant literature, the basic concept and characteristics of household garbage classification are understood. At the same time,by measuring the characteristics of collective action and constructing the measurement index system, the influence of collective action on rural residents’ intention of household garbage classification is analyzed, and the measurement methods of multiple logit model and intermediary effect model are used to further illustrate. Finally, according to the analysis of the problems and contradictions, put forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions,in order to better promote the implementation of rural residents garbage classification treatment work. |
