| The vehicle gauge is not only related to the safety of train operation,but also to the benefit of railway construction and railway transportation.Therefore,the relevant standard of vehicle gauge is one of the important basic standards of railway.With the large-scale construction of China’s railway passenger dedicated line,the driving speed of passenger cars has been increasing,and the research on vehicle gauge has been more in-depth.Firstly,this paper studies the development status of vehicle gauge at home and abroad,and analyzes the representative calculation methods and standards of current vehicle gauge.On this basis,according to "Standard gauge Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock Gauge "(GB146.1-2020)and "Passenger Dedicated Line Locomotive and Rolling Stock Limit Interim Provisions" for a certain type of high-speed train gauge calculation.The specific work is as follows:(1)The combined contour of the designed vehicle was compared with the locomotive and vehicle gauge drawing of GB146.1-2020 and the locomotive and vehicle gauge drawing of passenger special line respectively to judge whether the static gauge of the designed vehicle meets the requirements of the above two standards.According to the dimension parameters of the designed vehicle,the maximum allowable width of the designed vehicle is calculated and the need to reduce is judged.Calculate the widening value of the building gauge on the curve R5500 m relative to the building gauge on the straight line,and draw the widened building gauge.(2)Based on the interim Regulations on The Gauge of Locomotive and Vehicle on passenger Dedicated Line,a multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle was established according to the performance and dimension parameters of the designed vehicle.The dynamic offset of the designed vehicle driving on the straight road at different speeds under the action of cross wind at different wind speeds is calculated.The influence of wind speed and speed on dynamic offset is analyzed.Combined with the static offset of the vehicle,the dynamic gauge of the vehicle on the straight road is calculated and designed.(3)The dynamic offset of the designed vehicle is calculated under the action of cross wind of different wind speeds and at different speeds on the curved road section.The influence of wind speed and speed on dynamic offset is analyzed.Combined with the vehicle static offset,the dynamic gauge of the vehicle on the curve section is calculated and designed.The results show that the designed static vehicle gauge meet the requirements of "Standard gauge Railway Locomotive and Vehicle Gauge" and "Temporary Regulations on Passenger Dedicated Line Locomotive and Vehicle Gauge".The vehicle is designed to meet the requirements of the maximum allowable width in the two standards;The influence of vehicle speed on the offset has no obvious rule,and the lateral offset is the maximum when the vehicle speed is 50km/h.At the same speed,the lateral offset is positively correlated with the wind speed,while the vertical offset has no obvious relationship with the wind speed.The dynamic gauge of vehicles on straight and curving sections are designed to meet the requirements of "Interim Provisions on the Gauges of Locomotive and Vehicle on passenger Dedicated Line" and to be within the corresponding building gauge. |
