| With the development of high-speed precision press, higher requirements were raised fordynamic performances of press, such as BDC accuracy. With “JF75G-200high-speed precision pressâ€as the research object, this paper researches on structural mechanics analysis, dynamic balance theoryanalysis around the structure mechanics characteristics, dynamic balance, dynamic performances, andstudies on the multibody system dynamics modeling and simulation based on the theory of MultibodyDynamics. The main contents are summarized as follow:(1) The finite element model of the frame of high speed precision press is established, and theanalysis of its structure mechanical properties and modality. The results show that the maindeformation part of the frame is the column and the main deformation part of the drive system is theconnecting rod. The press meets the strength requirement.(2) Dynamic balance design for the drive system of the press. The kinematic and dynamicanalyses for slider-crank mechanism to gain formulas of unbalanced inertia force and moment of thepress, thus, illustrate the general method of dynamic balance. Analyse the causes of vibration andachieve vibration response curves of the two cases by Matlab according to the vibration caused byunbalanced force of inertia and blanking force. Vibration isolator design, stiffness should meet thepress amplitude and vibration isolation efficiency two requirements, and the damping shouldguarantee that the amplitude of the press can not be too big when resonance.(3) Based on Hertz collision theory and Coulomb friction model, the clearance collision model ofthe revolution joint is established. Considering column and connecting rod as flexible body, arigid-flexible coupling model of high-speed press was built by using multibody dynamics softwareRecurDyn based on flexible multibody dynamics theory. Explain the influence of flexibility andclearance on dynamic performance of the press through the contrast of dynamic performance of thepress in three situations of ideal situation, rigid-flexible coupling model without clearance andrigid-flexible coupling model with clearance. The results show that the influence of flexibility andclearance on the dynamic performance of the press is great, and can not be ignored when analyse.(4) On the base of the rigid-flexible coupling model, orthogonal design is done through thesimulation to determine the the influence of various factors on dynamic performance of the press inorder to find out the factors which is more influenced. Analyse the changes of the main factors on thedynamic performances of the press to illustrate the influence of main factors on the dynamic performance of the press, thus obtain the influence rules of these factors on dynamic performance ofthe press. Optimize the dynamic balance design of the press through the optimization design method,the amplitude of the press is smaller after dynamic balance. |
