As one of the most important components of rail vehicle structure,the quality of bogie will directly determine the operation safety and quality of high speed EMUS.In Our country,the bogie frame of rail bus,high-speed railway and urban rail subway are all welded.Therefore,the welding quality of the bogie frame not only determines the performance of rail bus such as bullet train,but also plays an important role in the safety of train operation.At present,the inspection of bogie frame welding seam mainly depends on manual work,which has the problems of poor inspection effect and low efficiency.In order to guarantee the quality of bogie and improve the efficiency of non-destructive testing of bogie frame weld,ultrasonic phased array technology and automatic ultrasonic testing technology are combined in this paper.The content includes the development of special testing software,the construction of automatic testing hardware platform and the construction of automatic testing method for bogie frame weld,realizing the efficient automatic online testing for bogie frame weld defects.The ultrasonic phased array automatic inspection system of bogie frame weld includes ultrasonic phased array inspection part and multi-axis motion control part.In the aspect of ultrasonic detection,in order to improve the problems of the full-focus imaging method,such as large amount of data,slow imaging speed and difficulty in complete imaging display for curved wall-thickness structures,twin probes trapezoidal matrix imaging method was proposed.The method can perform full coverage display for curved wall-thickness structures and realize efficient real-time imaging.Automation control,set the multi-axis motion control platform,to study the structure of weld detection trajectory planning method,including multi-axis coordinate system of the system,the transformation of the relationship between writing test track interpolation algorithm,this paper introduces the solving method of manipulator inverse movement,achieved six axis linkage control of manipulator and external expansion shaft,smooth and efficient movement speed.Therefore,the automatic detection steps of bogie frame welds were constructed,and the automatic detection experiments were carried out for bogie frame welds.The imaging results can accurately locate the defects in the welds,and realize the automatic quantitative detection of bogie frame welds.
