| At present,some of the reasons for the difficulty of water pollution treatment are related to the lack of corresponding professional equipment.There are still many problems in the advanced treatment of medium and small water supply and drainage,such as the shortage of reconstruction area and long reconstruction period.In order to improve and solve the related problems,this design independently designs the integrated device of coagulation and air flotation on the basis of studying the principle of coagulation and air flotation,The coagulation reaction and air flotation reaction were optimized by experiments to improve the treatment efficiency.The coagulation air flotation integrated device is composed of dosing mixing system,dissolved air flotation system,coagulation air flotation reaction system and solid-liquid separation system.The four systems are independent and interrelated,including the following steps: dosing and mixing→ dissolved air flotation→ coagulation and air flotation reaction→solid-liquid separation.In order to verify the rationality of the design and improve the relevant parameters,the following tests were carried out: the grinding iron powder cleaning fluid was selected as raw water,and the coagulation and air flotation stages were optimized.COD is24000 ~ 30000mg/L,p H is 6 ~ 8,SS is 0.02 ~ 0.05mg/L.In the first stage,the enhanced coagulation test was carried out,and the results showed that the flocculant was PAC,the dosage of PAC was 5g /L,the coagulant aid was PAM,the dosage of PAM was 2.4mg/l,and the optimal ratio was obtained under the condition of p H = 8.In the second stage,on the basis of the first stage,the enhanced air flotation test was carried out.The test shows that when the dissolved air pressure is 0.5MPa,the flocculation mode is two-stage flocculation,and the dissolved air water is added by step reflux,which is the best combination of air flotation treatment.Through the analysis and comparison of COD,SS,solid-liquid separation time,the final choice of PAC pump before adding.By using this equipment,the treatment effect of traditional coagulation air floatation process is compared and analyzed.The results show that the treatment effect of coagulation air floatation integrated process is better than that of traditional coagulation air floatation process. |
