| Foam flotation technology that bases on the difference with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of the mineral surface can effectively separate fine particle minerals.This paper selected thin coal and weak oxidizing anthracite coal as an example,explored the frother concentration,concentration of collector flotation effect of different particle size of coal samples,get the best flotation of coal sample particle size value;Finally based on the result that ash content of clean lean coal is high,the effect of stirring strength and improved grinding on reducing the ash of clean coal were studied.First grinding screening test of coal samples was prepared from a nationally representative sample of different particle size of coal samples,and then proximate analysis of coal were tested,and fourier infrared spectrometer,XRD,contact Angle measuring instrument and laser particle size analyzer were used to analyzed surface properties of coal sample.Choose diethyl phthalate and kerosene as collector,collector concentration as variables,effect of collector concentration on flotation effect of 500-200 μm,200-125μm and 200-74μm three granularity lean coal and anthracite coal was studied.For thin coal,because of its good flotability,good flotation effect can obtain when the concentration is 500 g/t.Increasing the dosage of collector can improve the particle size of coal samples of combustible recovery,but also improve the ash content of the plant and reduce the ash from coal sample rate.For anthracite,due to its surface contains a certain amount of oxygen containing functional groups,ethyl phthalate because of the groups containing oxygen have better flotation effect than kerosene.The ash content of weak oxidized anthracite was decreased with the increase of diethyl phthalate,and increased with the increase of kerosene dosage.By using Fourier infrared spectrum analysis of the concentration of frother and collector concentration on the particle size of coal sample number and type of surface functional groups,analyzed the impact of frother and collector on the inner mechanism of the effect of flotation coal samples.Then the effect of flotation energy input on the flotation effect of different particle size coal samples was investigated.The changes of flotation concentrate in different time periods under different speed conditions were analyzed.By the test,the improved flotation process was put forward to enhance the flotation effect.Finally,function of deepen-grinding on reducing ash content of thin coal were studied.the 74-38μm and-38μm two particle size of coal sample were used to carry on flotation test.The test results show that continue to reduce the particle size of coal samples,can’t improve the flotation effect. |
