Configuration Strategy And Technical And Economic Analysis Of Garbage Collection And Transfer Equipment

Based on the theory of resource allocation,grey prediction theory,linear programming analysis,single factor analysis,technical and economic prediction and other theories,this paper makes use of field visits,data collection and processing,agricultural machinery technical and economic analysis,grey correlation analysis and other methods,and takes Lanshan County as an example.The configuration strategy and technology economy of garbage collection and transfer equipment are systematically studied.This paper first analyzes the development status of garbage collection and transfer equipment at home and abroad;Then,according to the current situation,the operation mode,type and function of garbage collection and transfer equipment are summarized,and the problems existing in the configuration of garbage transfer equipment and sanitation equipment policies are analyzed.Aiming at the existing problems,the principles and objectives of garbage transfer equipment configuration,configuration requirements and mathematical model establishment,and comprehensive evaluation of configuration strategy are studied.Finally,based on linear programming method,the technical and economic effects of garbage transfer equipment are analyzed.On this basis,through the technical and economic analysis there transfer and operation effect of the relationship between the labor efficiency,and then introduced the content and connotation of the technical and economic,the absolute economic threshold,determine the waste handling equipment or configuration scheme for economic effect,technology innovation and value through the optimization of garbage transit vehicles equipped with type and the quantity,the optimal results,The annual fixed operating cost of garbage transfer truck in Lanshan county is predicted scientifically by using the method of technical and economic grey forecasting,so as to improve the economic benefit of garbage transfer truck.The results provide a reference for the equipment of garbage collection and transfer in Lanshan County.
