This paper combines the conventional computerized flat knitting machine knitting process and the hybrid magnetic levitation drive principle to design a magnetic levitation knitting flat knitting machine structure with a hybrid electromagnetic-permanent magnet drive,which drives the knitting motion of the needle by changing the magnitude and direction of the electromagnetic coil current to repel and attract with the permanent magnet knitting needle.Firstly,this paper establishes the magnetic field model of permanent magnet and electromagnetic coil,the force model of permanent magnet needle,and deduces the equation of motion of permanent magnet needle by studying the principle of conventional computerized flat knitting machine and combining the driving principle of hybrid magnetic levitation flat knitting machine,and also analyzes the loss model of electromagnetic coil,which provides an important theoretical basis for studying the motion law of permanent magnet needle.Then,the prototype structure and needle driving scheme of the hybrid magnetic levitation knitting flat knitting machine were designed by combining the traditional flat knitting machine structure and the hybrid magnetic levitation driving principle using 3D software.By establishing the mathematical matrix model of the two-color single-sided jacquard fabric spaghetti diagram and designing the single-sided two-color jacquard data conversion algorithm,the knitting process driven by the hybrid magnetic levitation knitting flat knitting machine is realized,which provides a method for the process driving of the hybrid magnetic levitation knitting flat knitting machine.Finally,to address the problem of mutual interference of closely arranged permanent magnet needles,the excitation of silicon steel sheet is used to weaken the mutual influence of permanent magnet needles,while the theoretical model and simulation analysis are established to obtain a structural solution to change the initial position of permanent magnet needles for the problem of influence of silicon steel sheet end effect on permanent magnet needle drive.At the same time,the influence of different core heights on the driving height of the current coil is simulated,and the driving coil structure is optimized.
