In recent years,different logistics data,supply chain data,cold chain industry data and meat products data reflect the huge market and cold chain logistics industry potential to a great extent.The public pays more attention to food safety,and has higher and higher requirements for a clean environment and safe operation in the process of food production and transportation.Due to the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,the total output value of meat products in China ranks among the top three in the world.Cold chain logistics is a crucial link in the supply chain.With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the supply chain industry,cold chain logistics has been used in most industries,among which the meat industry is an important application field in the field of cold chain logistics.Due to the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for meat food is also increasing year by year.However,meat products can not be preserved for a long time under normal temperature and high temperature,which hinders the market flow of meat products to a certain extent,resulting in the development of animal husbandry in a larger span.In addition,China has less investment in the circulation of meat and egg livestock products,and the degree of organization means and specialization is low,which further leads to the weakness of China’s overall cold chain technology and the low degree of informatization and systematization.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of meat cold chain logistics and ensure the quality and safety of meat food circulation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of meat cold chain logistics management in China.By consulting relevant materials,this paper summarizes and analyzes the development of cold chain logistics industry at home and abroad,expounds the current problems in meat cold chain logistics industry,finally investigates the current situation of cold chain logistics security system,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on the actual implementation and operation of the system.Firstly,this paper takes the relationship between meat food safety and food cold chain logistics as the starting point,and further studies the meat food safety guarantee system and measures in China,combined with the survey data,problems and Countermeasures of meat food cold chain logistics in China.This paper systematically summarizes the relevant theories and research of meat food cold chain logistics at home and abroad,and defines and expounds the basic concepts of meat food cold chain logistics,the relationship between meat food safety and food cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics facilities and equipment system,food safety traceability system and so on.With the guidance of system theory and supply chain theory,find the foothold of the construction of China’s meat logistics system,and lay a theoretical foundation for this paper.Through field investigation and visit,we understand the different needs of meat cold chain logistics subjects in China.Through the Internet and big data analysis,we can complete the twoway evaluation of buyers and sellers,so that we can make two-way selection,mutual supervision and management in dynamic procurement management,so as to achieve the purpose of purchasing high-quality products.At the same time,recording and analyzing the data of purchased products can provide a traceable database for later meat products.This paper discusses the meat food cold chain logistics system from the aspects of meat food safety procurement system,food safety cold chain logistics system,cold chain logistics facilities and equipment system and meat food safety traceability system,puts forward the promotion suggestions of system construction,and summarizes the research contents,conclusions and further research directions of the full text.The final conclusions are as follows:1.Through the comparative analysis of cold chain logistics systems in Canada,the United States and Europe,it is found that foreign supply chain logistics and cold chain logistics support systems are relatively mature compared with China.Through the analysis of the macro market environment,survey data and the development prospect and prediction data of China’s domestic meat cold chain logistics industry,it is found that China’s cold chain logistics has some problems,such as relatively backward core technology,high cost of cold chain logistics,non-standard management methods and imperfect legal system.By analyzing its formation mechanism,we can find an entry point for the improvement of China’s meat cold chain logistics system.2.Analyzing the development data of meat cold chain logistics in different urban areas in China,it is found that on the whole,the cold storage covers a large area in eastern,central and southern China,among which Liaoning Province,Sichuan Province and Henan Province have the largest area,with a total of about 1090600 square meters.The important factors causing this geographical distribution phenomenon are the local supply-demand relationship and rent level.The average rent of cold storage in first tier cities is more than 110 yuan / m2 / month and has maintained a slight increase;In the second and third tier cities,the insufficient demand leads to the decline of rent,which has an impact on the availability of cold storage.3.Study each stage and logistics process of meat food safety procurement and logistics system,and find that the needs of all parties in each stage of cold chain logistics process are different: the purchaser has a large demand for basic logistics services;Meat processing enterprises have great demand for cold chain service and management information system;Meat food retail organizations attach great importance to product quality;Consumers attach importance to the acquisition of quality information and price information of meat food.Then it enlightens that China should further improve the needs of management informatization,monitoring networking and quality traceability on the basis of the establishment of meat food safety assurance system,in which the application of food safety traceability system is described in detail. |
