Research On The Optimization Of HW Company’s Security Management System

With the development of China’s economy,the situation of safety in production is becoming severe more and more.In recent years,various types of safety production accidents have occurred frequently and these accidents causing a significant impact on people’s life.In order to reduce accidents in safety production,China has established safety standardization management system and double prevention system.These systems improved the overall safety management level of the enterprise effectively.However,in the process of the creation and implementation of the system,there are still many problems and shortcomings need to be discovered and improved.This paper conducts targeted research on the above issues and proposes corresponding solutions.As a typical hazardous chemical production enterprise,HW company has various hazardous substances from raw materials to products,which may cause accidents if it is careless.Therefore,safety management is particularly important.This paper takes the operation of HW company’s safety standardization management system and dual prevention system as the research object,adopts literature research methods,deductive induction methods,comparative research methods and other methods,drawing on the management experience of some excellent enterprises at home and abroad,launches from several elements such as risk hierarchical control,hidden danger inspection and treatment,target responsibility,institutionalized management,training and education,intrinsic safety,operation safety management,emergency management,safety culture construction,analyze and study the company’s actual practices and shortcomings in its own safety management process.Find out the reasons for the existing deficiencies and try to solve them.For the existing problems and deficiencies,the system integration,target management,risk analysis,institutionalized management,accident management,informatization and safety culture are optimized.It is hoped that the optimization design can significantly improve the overall management level of the company,improve the competitive strength of the enterprise and promote its long-term development.The various improvement measures and optimization schemes explored as well as the valuable and worth promoting views and suggestions can also be used by other enterprises.
