China is a large agricultural country.With the extensive use of pesticides,the residual toxic and harmful substances enter agricultural products,affecting the environment and endangering human health.In view of the above problems,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has carried out pesticide registration tests,which are tests on the chemistry,efficacy,toxicology,and residues of pesticides.After the test is passed,such pesticides can be brought to the market.Therefore,the data integrity,reliability and authenticity of such tests are very important.Due to the high requirements for data reliability,authenticity and traceability in the field of pesticide detection,the traditional laboratory information management system mainly takes sample management,report issuance and document management as the core of the business,which cannot solve the problems of multi-source heterogeneous data,easy tampering and weak traceability of pesticide detection.This paper proposes to use blockchain combined with traceability model technology to ensure the whole process of data from generation to fusion,to chaining,and finally to issue reports to prevent tampering and traceability.In terms of data preprocessing,data fusion technology is used to design data extraction,cleaning and fusion strategies,and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion is realized through open source and visual tool Kettle to solve the problem of data ’ island ’.The PROV traceability model is used to construct the model data in the field of pesticide detection.According to the core class of PROV,its attributes and parameters are designed and implemented to describe the source and behavior of the detection data.Using blockchain combined with data traceability technology,a pesticide detection traceability system based on blockchain is studied,including the structure and format of the traceability model and uploading the traceability record to the super ledger of the blockchain platform through smart contracts to ensure that the traceability data cannot be tampered with and trusted.Using the SSM architecture,based on the super ledger as the blockchain platform,the smart contract is used to model the data and the interaction between the traceability data and the blockchain,and the Couch DB is used as the blockchain database to store the information and traceability model data on each node.This research designs and implements a pesticide intelligent detection and traceability system based on blockchain.Firstly,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology is used to realize the standardization and unification of data,which is conducive to the exchange and use of data.Secondly,the traceability model is used to better manage data sources and behaviors.Finally,combined with the decentralization and tamper-proof characteristics of the blockchain,it can not only achieve data traceability,but also achieve data tamper-proof and damage-proof.The system realizes paperless and intelligent in the field of pesticide detection,further improves the data integrity,reliability and authenticity of pesticide registration test,and improves the efficiency of pesticide registration test.
