At present,the real economy and the chemical industry are facing many difficulties,such as relatively unfavorable industrial policies and poor social goodwill.In the face of issues,many chemical manufacturing companies in our country have incomplete research on the investment risks of new installations,and the relevant management system is imperfect.,Risks continue to rise.Therefore,how to conduct research on investment risks and effectively implement risk assessment and control has become an unavoidable focus for a large number of enterprises.Through the research and summary of the company’s actual experience in investment risk management and related literature,at the same time,there are still few cases of application optimization of the risk management system from the company’s internal perspective.Combining relevant theories with the actual situation of Company A,this paper optimizes the investment risk management system of the newly built production plant,and analyzes the application effect in combination with case studies.This paper takes Company A,a chemical manufacturing enterprise,as the research object.First,based on relevant theories and research results,it assesses the current situation of investment risk management of this enterprise.The first step is to identify its existing problems such as lack of risk identification,relatively backward risk assessment methods,and lag in risk warning and response.Secondly,based on the above findings,the goals and principles for optimizing the original investment risk management system are put forward,and constructive improvement plans are proposed for key elements such as risk identification,assessment,and response.Among them,risk assessment indicators are constructed on the basis of risk identification,and then the AHP analysis evaluation method is used to conduct risk assessment,and systematic optimization of management organization,system and risk response is proposed.Finally,the optimized system is used to identify,evaluate and analyze the investment risks of Company A’s M production facility,and the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the net present value of the investment plan,and the conclusion of the applicability and practicality of the system is drawn.Through the research of this article,it is hoped that it can provide a certain theoretical reference and methodological reference for Company A’s investment risk management,and promote it to strengthen risk management and achieve long-term development.It provides improvement ideas for the same type of problems of related enterprises for reference and reference.
