| With the rapid increase of highway length,the problem of road safety becomes more and more prominent.As a traffic facility to guide vehicles,road marking plays an important role in ensuring driving safety.However,the marking coating on the road surface is easy to crack,fall off and other phenomena due to its insufficient performance.To solve this problem,a high performance hot melt road marking coating was developed by optimizing the basic formula,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated.Based on the basic composition and characteristics of the raw materials of hot melt marking coating,carbon penta resin,titanium dioxide,glass beads,calcium powder,quartz sand,DOP,PE wax are selected as the basic components of hot melt marking coating.The formula design of the basic components was carried out through orthogonal test,and the influence weight of each component on the compressive strength,wear resistance and chroma performance of the coating was studied by matrix analysis method,and the best basic formula of the coating was finally determined.UV aging box for the best basic formula of coating aging treatment,according to the softening point before and after the coating aging,compressive strength,wear resistance,chroma performance,stain resistance,low temperature crack resistance changes,UV aging behavior of the coating was studied;The UV aging mechanism of coatings was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that the softening point of coatings does not change significantly with the extension of aging time.Wear resistance,compressive strength,chroma properties,stain resistance,low temperature crack resistance are gradually reduced;Ultraviolet light will destroy the smoothness of the coating and make the surface of the coating rough.UV aging results in a decrease in the absorption peaks of C-H bond and C=O bond,and an increase in the absorption peaks of C-O-C bond.Before and after aging,the relative content of element C decreases and the relative content of element O increases.By studying the aging behavior and aging mechanism of the basic formula,the antiaging properties of the coatings were improved by using organic light stabilizer and inorganic nanomaterials,and suitable toughening agents were selected to improve the anti-cracking properties of the coatings.The results showed that the light stabilizer Tinuvin770 could prevent the oxidative damage of UV light on the coatings and avoid the change of molecular structure.The UV aging resistance of the coatings was significantly improved when the content was 0.12%.Nano Zn O has excellent UV shielding effect,which can prevent UV light from penetrating into the organic matter in the coating and inhibit the aging of the coating.When the doping amount is 1%,it has a good effect on improving the UV aging resistance of the coating.SEBS toughening agent has excellent toughening effect.When the dosage is 0.8%,it can not only improve the flexibility and compressive strength of the coating,but also meet the requirements of the specification,so that the comprehensive performance of the coating is the best.In this thesis,the basic performance,durability and visibility of the optimized formula of the coating were analyzed,and compared with three coatings on the market.The test results show that: all the properties of the coating meet the requirements of the specification,the comprehensive road performance is excellent;The coating chroma performance,wear resistance,compressive strength,aging resistance,low temperature crack resistance is significantly better than the other three kinds of coatings,can better adapt to light,heat,pressure and other adverse external conditions. |
