At present,the foundry industry is in the process of industrial reconstruction and transformation.A large number of traditional foundries are under pressure to adapt themselves to the increasingly sophisticated products and informatization.It is a very important part to place a unique mark on the metal casting for its informatization management.Due to the subsequent processing involved in oil,high temperature,cutting and other harsh processing environment,the mold casting or artificial steel brazing typing method have been proven to be labor-intensive,inefficient and low information capacity,and they can not adapt to the casting of informatization technology and intelligent management.Based on this situation,it is important to develop a marking system that is suitable for marking metal castings.A pneumatic marking machine designed in this paper maximizes the marking clarity,reduces the marking range,increases the amount of information stored,and facilitates the connection between marking character data and enterprise management systems,which can improve processing efficiency and save costs.The working principle of pneumatic marking machine was analyzed in this article.Firstly,we used NX8.5 to design the pneumatic device.Secondly,we designed and produced a hardware control system using C8051F330 D as the main control chip to ensure stable operation of the device.The method and process of obtaining the coordinate values using the self-made software were analyzed at length,and it was expounded that obtaining the information of the coordinate points is an important prerequisite for the realization of path planning.The main process is as follows: firstly,the optimization function model for the marking needle path of the marking machine was established.Afterwards,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the marking path problem.Finally considering actual processing of pneumatic marking applications,and it was verified by MATLAB that the processing efficiency can be improved.The wifi technology was used achieve data transmission and receiving,while the VisualStudio2010 PC-side self-developed software was used to achieve data invocation from the enterprise management system.Thus establishing interconnections with enterprise management systems.Converting the data to its 64-bit,and realizing the control of the marking machine on the controller that transmitsthe marking sequence to the single-chip microcomputer through wifi will facilitate not only the actual use in the project,but also the field transmission of the data.The marking machine makes code marking on the surface of the casting blanks and stores information of this working procedure in the corporate file preservation area,which is not only beneficial to manufacturers to intelligent processing and product tracking,but also brings more convenience to users to product problems retrospective.The successful development of this subject can change the status of marking in the foundry industry and ensure that the “identity” of metal castings is unique,authentic and long-term.
