At present,industrial development has excessive resource consumption,low utilization rate,increasingly aggravated environmental pollution,and weak green development ability and green innovation ability.Adhering to the green development of industry is the trend of the times and an important measure to achieve sustainable economic and ecological development.However,there is no scientific and unified caliber on how to measure the level of industrial green development between regions.The scientific and reasonable measurement system of industrial green development level is the basis for measuring the level of industrial green development between regions.Therefore,this paper will construct a new set of indicators and methods for measuring industrial green development level based on the previous research of scholars,measure and analyze the level of industrial green development among provinces in China,and study the key indicators affecting the level of industrial green development.The digital economy industry is booming,bringing challenges and opportunities for industrial green development.Based on the guidance of policy documents for industrial green development,the research of previous scholars and the connotation of industrial green development,an industrial green development level measurement index system for industrial resource utilization,industrial environmental governance,industrial ecological protection,industrial growth quality,industrial digital innovation and digital industry development dimension was constructed.Secondly,this paper innovatively combines the reverse cloud generator with the CRITIC method,so that the form of the index weight is expressed by the three numerical features of the cloud model,taking into account the uncertainty in the information,that is,the combined cloud weight improved by the CRITIC method.Finally,the TOPSIS method with improved grey correlation degree and the cloud similarity method based on hybrid multidimensional cloud model are used to construct the industrial green development level measurement model,and the industrial green development level of various provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 is measured from the aspects of time series change,horizontal section change and trend change,and the obstacle index is compared and analyzed.The empirical results show that the level of industrial green development from2011 to 2020 is generally stable and improving.In terms of spatial distribution,the green development of industry in various provinces in China is uneven,with obvious differences between the north and the south,and the level of industrial green development in the eastern coastal provinces is far ahead compared with the central and western provinces.In the future,China’s industrial green development level will remain stable,and the difference in industrial green development level still exists and will not change in a short period of time.And there are key obstacles that need to be paid attention to.Finally,on the basis of the empirical results,some policy suggestions are provided for improving the level of industrial green development. |
