Inventory is a barometer a large portion of the working capital of enterprises is not only accounted for,but also a substantial part of it,but also is a liquid asset with poor liquidity.It takes a long period from warehousing and discharging to transforming into the economic benefits of enterprises.Inventory management involves all business and financial departments of the enterprise,and requires the joint participation and close cooperation of business and financial personnel,so as to truly improve the importance of examining the ways to enhance inventory management from the viewpoint of industry and finance integration is paramount,as it can lead to a higher level of inventory management in the enterprise,thus yielding greater benefits.This paper delves deeply into the inventory management of YH enterprise,utilizing literature investigation and case analysis to apply the theory of industry-finance integration.This paper optimizes the inventory management methods of YH enterprise,including production,manufacturing,marketing,inventory management and other links,after an examination.Additionally,pre-forecast,in-process management and post-analysis of the enterprise finance are conducted to achieve the desired outcome of industry-finance integration.Starting from improving the concept of management and control,through the clear division of functions,with the help of innovative management methods and the guidance of risk control,the inventory control goal is finally promoted.It is beneficial to improve the operational efficiency and benefit of the company’s inventory,thus reducing the waste of funds and improving the utilization rate of capital,thus maximizing the profit space of the company.
