| With the continuous growth of economic scale and the rapid development of information technology,enterprises are facing a complex and changeable market environment,and the competition among peers is becoming more and more fierce.This puts forward higher requirements for the internal information transmission channels,management mode and content of the enterprise.As an advanced management mode of enterprise management reform in the information age,the integration of industry and finance is also an important goal of today’s management accounting,which will promote the management coordination and development between different departments,improve the efficiency of enterprise operation,and bring greater benefits to enterprises.Petro China Kunlun Gas Company Northwest Branch,as one of the five liquefied gas regional companies under Petro China Gas Sales Branch,is responsible for the unified purchase,sales and transportation of liquefied gas resources in the five northwestern provinces.In order to seek highquality development and build a "first-class in China,leading in the world" gas enterprise,strengthening the deep integration of industry and finance is an indispensable part of the development process of enterprises.Based on the above research background,this thesis analyzes the current situation of business management and financial management of Petro China Kunlun Gas Company Northwest Branch on the basis of system integration,business process reengineering and resource optimization allocation theory,as well as domestic and foreign literature research,and finds that the functions of the finance department are not clear,the process control is not perfect,the degree of information system integration is at a lower level,and the communication between the business and finance departments is not too smooth,thus the causes are analyzed and the goal of industrial and financial integration of Petro China Kunlun Gas Company Northwest Branch is proposed.Secondly,a targeted optimization plan is designed to achieve the goal of industry-finance integration,and the process and mechanism of industryfinance integration of Petro China Kunlun Gas Company Northwest Branch are improved from the perspectives of repositioning the functions of the finance department,implementing business process reengineering,using big data technology to promote the integration of information systems,establishing an evaluation system for industry-finance integration,and introducing professional talents with knowledge of industry-finance integration.Finally,from the four aspects of organization,funds,personnel and technology,relevant measures are formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan for the integration of industry and finance.Through the research of this thesis,it provides Petro China Kunlun Gas Company Northwest Branch with an optimization plan for deepening the integration of industry and finance,clarifies the importance and necessity of industry-finance integration in the process of enterprise development,promotes the transformation of financial accounting to management accounting,and provides other state-owned energy enterprises with practical methods based on the development idea of industry-finance integration. |
