Research On The Optimization Of ZSY Company's Business-finance Integration Application

With the speeding up of the pace of economic globalization,the rapid development of information technology,the market of products and services competition between enterprises is becoming more and more cruel,financial and business fragmented state has gradually exposed its shortcomings,the traditional dispersion type accounting of financial management model is gradually being phased out,to make the management efficiency of enterprises,enterprises to develop more vigorously,use of information technology to carry out industry fiscal integration,promote refinement of enterprise financial management,fully construction is given priority to with industry financial integration system of management accounting,to build a new model of financial functions as the top priority.Industry fiscal integration,just as its name implies is the business and finance to fully mix,business and finance should be fully communication,data sharing,the financial department should fully understand the development of the enterprise business,get plenty of business data,prepare financial budget for business decisions in advance and risk forecast,responsible for the supervision and administration in the whole process of business activity,is the escort of business running smoothly,promote enterprise management accounting system of mature,increase the value of the enterprise.Many enterprises in China have achieved initial success in the application process of financial integration,but they are not mature enough,and there are still many shortcomings to be improved.In this paper,ZSY company in the energy industry is selected as the research object to study the effects and problems in the application process of financial integration,and Suggestions for optimization and improvement are proposed.This article first tells to develop industry fiscal integration information platform-build financial Shared services center,and then on the basis of the business process,make financial tentacles can stretch and the whole process of the business,to provide guarantee for smooth completion of the business activities,industry rich fusion applied to promote the efficiency of the financial sector,improve the financial status in the whole production operation in the company,however,because of the company’s financial personnel overall quality is not high,financial and business personnel is not enough in-depth communication cooperation,as well as the use of information technology of the company such as insufficient reason,this paper puts forward a series of optimization measures,It includes training compound financial personnel,increasing the exchange and cooperation between financial personnel and introducing advanced information technology.I hopethat ZSY company’s financial integration will be improved day by day,and at the same time,it will also provide some references for other companies that apply financial integration,so as to contribute a little to the promotion of the entire economic and social management accounting.
