Research On Evaluation Of Green Technology Innovation Ability Based On Combination Weighting

Human beings use a lot of natural resources to promote economic growth,doing harm to the natural environment.For this reason,natural resistance began,disasters were frequent,and diseases spread,causing trend growth to become slow or even stop.All nations in the world are urgent to think and solve the contradiction between their resource depletion,environmental contamination,ecological damage and economic growth.Under such a background,green technology innovation has begun to develop in various regions and become an important means of sustainable development for human beings.My country took the lead in participating in green innovation,invested a lot of time and money in environmental governance,and formulated rules and laws to restrict social conduct that is not conducive to environmental protection.After a period of time,the country’s green innovation level has rapidly improved.Due to my country’s vast land and abundant resources,there are differences in local development,and there is a large gap in development achievements between regions,and the development of green technology innovation has produced obvious imbalances.Yangtze River Delta region is the most technologically advanced area in China,where professional talents,advanced technology and abundant funds are gathered here,and it is the leader and model area of my country’s high-quality development.However,the development status of each city in this region is completely different.The realization of integrated growth of the economic development region requires all cities to have a high level of green innovation,so as to promote the overall level of improvement.Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang have a high level of green innovation development,while the green technological innovation capabilities of Anhui cities are obviously defects.For enhance the level of environmental sound technology innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region as a whole,8nations in the Yangtze River Delta in Anhui Province were studied.According to the current national laws,combined with the relatively advanced index system in pertinent article,the indicator system is set up by selecting 36 indicators from four aspects of environmental sound technology innovation investment level,results capacity,innovation surroundings and technology exchange.According to this index system,the green technology innovation ability of each city is evaluated.On account of the tenet of tending to be the same,this paper unites three subjective and objective empowerment methods to assign proportion,and establishes an optimized weight model,which not only respects the wishes of decision-makers,but also follows the objectivity of the data,making the results of assessment more exact.According to the evaluation results,there is a great imbalance in the green technology innovation capabilities of the eight cities in Anhui Province As the best economic growth city of Anhui Province,Hefei has huge superiority in respect that resource investment,quantity and quality of output and cooperation and exchange with external cities in the development of green innovation.Wuhu is the economic sub-center city of Anhui province,Wuhu’s green innovation growth momentum is close to Hefei.Ma’anshan,Chuzhou,and Anqing have progressed more quickly in last several years.Because there are not enough innovative talents and technologies,green innovation development still fails to meet certain standards.Chizhou,Tongling,and Xuancheng are all at a low level in terms of innovation input,output,and diffusion,but because there are fewer polluting companies in the city,the environmental quality is relatively good.In response to the evaluation results,several suggestions are made for the green development of the city: 1.Grasp the policy advantages and promote coordinated development of the city.2.Improve the level of education and cultivate innovative people in the new period.3.Increase investment in innovation and give play to the role of government assistance.4.Innovate the production mode and integrate the green concept into the development of enterprises 5.Strengthen the national policy to the enterprise production constraint,carry on the green production.6.Make the cities communication more frequently and promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
