Evaluation And Coupling Study On The High Quality Development Of Central Cities In Yangtze River Delta Under The Background Of "Dual Carbon"

In recent years,the deterioration of the environment has brought serious economic losses and adverse impacts to various countries.In view of its responsibility as a major country,the Chinese government has put forward the "30·60 Goals".At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,China has entered a new stage of development,and people’s requirements for a better life have reached a new level.High-quality development has become the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.How to better improve the level of high-quality urban development under the background of "dual carbon" has become a hot topic at present.Therefore,to carry out high-quality development evaluation and coupling research of central cities in the Yangtze River Delta under the background of "dual carbon" has certain significance for enriching the high-quality urban development system,and has practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of central cities in the Yangtze River Delta under the background of "dual carbon".This paper takes 27 central cities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,takes high-quality development of cities as the foothold,and makes an in-depth study on the high-quality development level and coupling and coordinated development of central cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign literature by Cite Space software,and clarifies the concept and theoretical foundation research of high-quality urban development on this basis.Then,according to the development characteristics of the study area,qualitative analysis,random forest and other methods,a high-quality development evaluation index system of the central city of the Yangtze River Delta based on the "new development concept" was constructed,and the current situation of high-quality development of the study area was analyzed and summarized combined with relevant indicators.Secondly,based on the determination methods of grey correlation,rank correlation and CRITIC method index weight,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model combined with SD model was used to measure the high quality development level of the research object.According to the measurement results,the space-time analysis and evaluation of the research area were carried out through kernel density,Arc GIS and Moran spatial correlation analysis.Finally,the coupling evaluation model is used to study the coupling coordination degree between high quality development levels and analyze its spatio-temporal variation.Combined with literature review method,theoretical analysis method,stereotyping and quantitative combination method,empirical analysis method and other relevant methods,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The high-quality development status of central cities in the Yangtze River Delta is excellent.Local governments actively respond to national policies and create a national model area for high-quality urban development.(2)The overall evaluation value of the high quality development level of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta is excellent,but the development is unbalanced among regions.(3)The time trend of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta is upward on the whole,and the spatial uncorrelation is serious.(4)The coupling degree of the criterion layer of the evaluation of the quality development of the central cities of the Yangtze River Delta is stable at a high level,and the mutual influence of each criterion layer is gradually deepened,and the level of collaborative development is constantly improved.Based on the above conclusions,it is concluded that a new pattern of economic development should be established and innovative talents should be cultivated actively.Accelerate the transformation of industrial structure,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,optimize the coordinated development of regions;Suggestions such as strengthening ecological protection and promoting regional green development will provide certain reference directions for promoting high-quality urban development under the background of "double carbon" in China.Figure [28] Table [9] Reference [84]...
