Research On Information Maturity Evaluation System Of Chemical Enterprises

At present,the total output of China’s chemical industry continues to increase,but at the same time it is accompanied by increasing technical difficulty coefficient and complicated management steps.Therefore,government agencies have successively issued programmatic documents on the perfection of chemical industry information management,committed to promoting the perfection of chemical industry information management,and enhancing the management level and core competitiveness of chemical companies.Because some companies cannot understand the maturity of their own enterprise information management,one-sided pursuit of new technology,blindly follow the trend of investment in a large number of assets,resulting in capital investment is not proportional to the output rate.Therefore,how to evaluate the maturity of information management scientifically,reasonably and effectively is a key problem in the basic construction of chemical company informatization.Against this background,this paper reviews the current situation and maturity of information management of chemical engineering project companies at home and abroad,establishes the definition of chemical enterprise information management and the specific content of basic construction,introduces the definition of maturity,and builds a hierarchical schedule entity model from low to high.And divides it into primitive level,development level,standard level,lean level and upgrade level,and formulates the evaluation framework of enterprise information management maturity.At the same time,the factors that interfere with the maturity of enterprise information management are analyzed,and their interference levels are ranked.Through the integration of reference method and Delphi method,the evaluation index values are divided into basic index values and achievement index values.The basic index value objectively describes and evaluates the current situation of the perfection of enterprise information management,while the result index value evaluates the achievements and potential of the perfection and development of enterprise information management.Then choose the Delphi method to select the evaluation index value,and finally clear evaluation index value management system.The current maturity evaluation methods are compared and analyzed.The hierarchical evaluation method is used to evaluate the basic index value management system of quantitative analysis,and the multi-level gray evaluation method is used to evaluate the appropriateness index value management system of the judgment.The maturity of an enterprise can be determined by adding the results of the two assessments together and plugging them into the proposed maturity rating level.Through the integration of these methods,it is concluded that the maturity of J enterprise is at a higher level than that of lean level,which conforms to the perfection level of the current enterprise information,and verifies the scientific,reasonable and feasibility of the evaluation model in the actual operation process.Finally,by comparing the evaluation entity model with the percentage index value,the shortcomings of enterprise informatization construction can be identified and corresponding countermeasures are clearly proposed.Figure [3] Table [35] Reference [46]...
