Promoting green agricultural transformation is not only the meaning of ensuring national food security, but also the internal requirement of rural revitalization strategy.Long-term excessive and inefficient use of agricultural chemicals has brought many challenges to food ecological security, quality and safety,as well as a series of negative externalities to resources and environment. At present, green production technology is an important part of agricultural green transformation.Promoting green agricultural production technology can effectively improve the impact of resource waste on ecological environment, reduce the residue of food chemicals,so as to meet the national food quality security, ecological security and agricultural green transformation goals. At present, the main grain farmers in our country are still ordinary farmers. They have differences in obtaining information, judging information, using information and so on,often displaying irrational following group behaviors. These following behaviors have a positive or negative effect on the promotion of green production technology. In order to ensure the overall situation of food security and promote "green agriculture" and "quality agriculture" in rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to study the evolution trend of farmers’ production and management behavior and its influencing factors. In this context, this paper combined with farmer behavior theory, herd behavior theory, evolutionary game theory and other theories, from the perspective of herd behavior to analyze the impact of farmer production and management behavior on food security, according to the logic of "demand-risk-psychological" analysis of farmers’ limited rationality. It also summarizes the characteristics of "multiple goals","risk avoidance","strong group consciousness" and "coexistence of rationality and irrationality" of farmers’ production and management behaviors, and analyzes them from two aspects:The first is to build an evolutionary game model of farmers’ adoption of green production technology considering herd effect regardless of local government intervention. The evolution trend of farmers’ adoption of green production technology is discussed under three stable strategies with weak herd effect and strong herd effect, and the factors that weaken farmers’ herd effect behavior are explored through numerical simulation when herd effect is strong. The simulation results show that:(1)Farmers’ technology adoption decisions are seriously affected by herding effect;(2)In the analysis of factors influencing herding effect, the benefits created by green technologies, such as green grain price and technological income coefficient, have a more obvious weakening effect on herding effect, which also indicates that if farmers cannot fully play the effect of green technologies, they will not only face technical risks such as yield reduction and quality reduction, but also affect the promotion of green technologies.Second, considering the intervention of local government,a three-party evolutionary game of farmers’ adoption of green production technology considering herd effect is constructed.First, the conditions of local government’s choice to intervene in farmers’ technology adoption behavior are explored, and then the evolution trend of farmers’ technology adoption behavior is discussed in three situations under the dual constraints of local government intervention and herd effect. The influence of government intervention parameters on herd effect was analyzed by numerical simulation. The simulation results showed that:(1)Compared with the three stable situations with anarchic intervention, government intervention has a significant positive impact on the evolution trend of farmers’ technology adoption behavior under the three stable situations, which can accelerate the evolution speed of the system towards the green production technology stability strategy, and can also reduce the system evolution speed towards the traditional production technology stability strategy.(2)When the herd effect is strong, government intervention measures have obvious effect on weakening the herd effect.Intervention measures such as punishment intensity, random inspection intensity and green production subsidy can effectively encourage farmers to continue to adopt green production technology, while technical service intensity has low effect on guiding farmers’ technology adoption behavior. The ability of farmers to absorb green technology knowledge also weakens the herd effect. |
