The structure of 1,2-diamine is a common group in organic compounds,which is not only widely distributed in natural compounds,but also used as precursors in the synthesis of drug molecules,bioactive molecules and polymer materials.After extensive literature review,we found that the strategies for the synthesis of 1,2-diarylamines based on olefins and anilines have not been reported.Therefore,in order to fill the gaps in organic chemistry and provide effective synthetic protocol for the application of these compounds in biomedicine,developing a method for rapid construction of 1,2-diarylamines under mild conditions is a promising direction in synthetic methodology.In this thesis,we developed a green and mild condition,in which vinyl sulfonium salt reacts with aniline to generate 1,2-diarylamines.The details are as follows:In this method,we synthesized vinyl sulfonium salt,which was reported on the literature methods.vinyl sulfonium salt was used as substrate to react with aniline at room temperature.Finally,40 species of 1,2-diarylamine compounds were obtained with the highest yield of 76%.Subsequently,we studied the subsequent application of this method,including amplification reaction,one-pot experiment and subsequent transformation experiment of the product.All of these have a good results.The experimental results showed that the target product was successfully obtained by amplification reaction,and the gram-scale reaction was realized.Onepot method transforms two steps into one step to generate the target product.With oxidation and carbonylation of the target products,we got the construction of cyclic compounds.These compounds have certain biological activity.In this paper,a variety of 1,2-diarylamines were synthesized under green and mild conditions.One-pot method was used to realize simple operation,industrial-scale amplification reaction and product derivatization,which were all showed the potential practical value of this method in organic synthesis.
