The most common cationic photoinitiators mainly include diazonium salts,onium salts and ferrocenium salts,of which the onium salts has been used most widely on the market due to its relatively better qualities.The main contents of this thesis are the synthesis of the cationic photoinitiators of onium salts,such as iodonium salts and sulfonium salts.The main findings and conclusions in this thesis are as follows:(1)Synthesis of[4-[(2-hydroxytetradecyl)oxy]phenyl]phenyliodonium hexafluo-roantimonate[4-[(2-Hydroxytetradecyl)oxy]phenyl]phenyliodonium hexafluoroantimonate was synthesized using iodobenzene,potassium thiosulfate,p-toluenesulfonic acid and 1-tetradecene.The chemical structure was characterized by FTIR,UV and ~1H NMR spectra,and its content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The conclusions show that the purifications of hydroxytosyloxyiodobenzene,1-tetradecene,1-phenoxytetradecan-2-ol and(4-((2-hydroxytetradecyl)oxy)phenyl)(phenyl)iodonium hexafluoroantimonate were respectively 89.26%,92.71%,96.37%and 96.7%;their yields were respectively 91.62%,60.71%,84.36%and 54.68%.Meanwhile the synthesis process of(4-((2-hydroxytetradecyl)oxy)phenyl)(phenyl)iodonium hexafluoroantimonate was explored,and its optimal reaction conditions were determined by using the control variable method.(2)Synthesis of(4-octyloxyphenyl)(phenyl)iodonuim hexafluoroantimonate(4-Octyloxyphenyl)(phenyl)iodonuim hexafluoroantimonate was synthesized using phenol,1-bromooctane,iodobenzene,potassium thiosulfate and p-toluenesulfonic acid as raw materials.The structure characterization of the target product was determined by FTIR and ~1H NMR,and its content was determined by HPLC.The conclusions show that the purifications of hydroxytosyloxyiodobenzene,(octyloxy)benzene,(4-octyloxyphenyl)-(phenyl)iodonuim tosyate and((4-octyloxyphenyl)(phenyl)iodonuim hexafluoroantimonate were respectively 89.26%,98.99%,96.49%and 92.45%;their yields were respectively91.62%,91.82%,95.41%and 79.40%.Meanwhile the synthesis process of((4-octyloxyphenyl)(phenyl)iodonuim hexafluoroantimonate was explored by using the control variable method,and the determined the optimal reaction conditions.(3)Synthesis of tris(4-((4-acetylphenyl)thiol)phenyl)sulfonium hexafluorophosphateTris(4-((4-acetylphenyl)thiol)phenyl)sulfonium hexafluorophosphate was synthesized using diphenyl sulfide,acetyl chloride,dichlorosulfoxide and potassium hexafluoro-phosphate as raw materials and aluminum chloride as a catalyst.The structure characterization of the target product was determined by FTIR and~1H NMR,and its content was determined by HPLC.The yield of tris(4-((4-acetylphenyl)thio)phenyl)sulfonium hexafluorophosphate was 81.63%,and its purification was 98.58%.Then the control variable method is used to optimize each process to obtain the best reaction conditions.
