As one of the most important transportation carriers,the inland waterway plays a vital role in the social and economic development.Its good economy and load capacity are irreplaceable by other modes of transportation.Local organizations carry out the expansion of inland waterways and wharf berths to meet the growing social needs.The impact on the ecological environment has increasingly become a problem that cannot be ignored.The rapid development of ideas and technologies has promoted the rapid development of related research work.Relevant scholars have tried to seek a good balance between social development and ecological environment protection by conducting research on the ecology of inland waterways.In recent years,researchers ’ understanding of ecological waterway has gradually shifted from the early ecological structure of waterway to a more comprehensive system or even model,which has realized the leap from single index design to complete system.In order to find a more appropriate evaluation method,the corresponding research work has gradually achieved a phased progress from a single method to model calculation.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper collects the data of all aspects of the evaluation object to preliminarily summarize the indicators and classify them.Through the research on the index screening model,the quantitative effect of the index screening and index system inspection work is further improved,and some fuzzy controllable impact factors are quantified and objectified.The completeness of the waterway ecological index system constructed in this research work is 87.1 %,and the index evaluation system can meet the completeness requirements.According to the constructed channel ecological index system,the weight coefficient of each index is calculated,and the game theory concept is introduced into the calculation of the evaluation model.Firstly,the subjective decision-making results with differences or even differences are organically integrated,which retains the integrity of the original data and integrates the interoperability and mutual exclusion between different subjective decision-making results,and optimizes the digital expression of subjective ideas.Then the weight coefficients of different calculation models are summarized and allocated organically,which retains the fuzziness of the evaluation object and reflects the objective reality.Through the comprehensive index calculation and stability test,the weight coefficients are fluctuated by 20 %,which can effectively test the stability of the index system.The calculated maximum fluctuation range of the waterway ecological index system is 2.1 %,which can meet the stability requirements.While retaining a certain ambiguity,the cloud drop diagram more intuitively reflects the index system and the situation of each index.It can not only judge the location of the research object through the cloud ruler,but also understand the balance of the development of the research object through the degree of dispersion.Based on the calculation results of the summarized model,the calculation of the numerical characteristics of the cloud model and the drawing of the cloud drop map are carried out.The overall ecological status of the waterway in the Anhui section of the Huaihe River is ’ medium ’,which is limited by objective natural factors.The demand and supply of water resources and the ecological problems brought about are one of the important challenges currently faced.The harmonious coexistence of man and nature along with the optimization and upgrading of industry and technology will promote the gradual improvement of various indicators in this area,and have a long-term positive effect on the ecological development of other functions and even the whole system. |
